What insights did you have after reading this book? What is the inspiration for life? "There are very few candidates who can answer this kind of question.
Applicants should do the following:
1. Make preparations in this regard in advance.

3. Don’t say that you have those vulgar and unpleasant hobbies.
Question 3: "Talk about your shortcomings"
The purpose is: to understand whether the applicant has seriously thought about himself, analyzed himself, and reflected on himself. If a person can recognize his own shortcomings and have the desire and methods to improve, he may be a rare talent.
Applicants should do the following:
1. It is not appropriate to say that you have no shortcomings, because people must have shortcomings, unless they are gods.

Question 4: "Cite the most failed experience in life"

Question 6: "What foreseeable difficulties do you have in this job?"

Applicants should do the following:
1. Foresee any difficulties in terms of technology, knowledge, experience, etc.
2. Question 7: "What will you do if you disagree with your superiors at work?"

Question 8: "Why should we hire you?"

Question 10: “What kind of superior do you want to work with?”
The purpose is: The applicant's awareness of self-requirements can be judged through the applicant's "hope" for the superior. This is both a trap and an opportunity.
Applicants should do the following:
1. It is best to avoid specific expectations for superiors and talk more about your own requirements.

Question 11: "What was the reason for your resignation at the previous hotel?"
