The next day

AB District Route

Shangnan Road Entrance and Exit—China Pavilion—Chinese Food Street—Theme Pavilion—Expo Center—Pakistan Pavilion—Israel Pavilion— Saudi Arabia Pavilion - Japan Pavilion - South Korea Pavilion - Australia Pavilion - Thailand Pavilion - Watch the show at the Cultural Center

The entrance to South Road at Gate 6 of the Expo Park is the main entrance to the Expo Park and is located at the southern end of the Expo Axis. The Expo Park usually operates from 9:00 to 24:00. It is recommended to allow sufficient "entry time" for queuing, security check, ticket inspection, etc., especially the main entrance, which is one of the entrances and exits with the largest flow of people in the Expo Park. In addition, when making travel plans, it is best to avoid peak passenger flow days.

Many people come to the Expo and want to see the China Pavilion. This really requires skill and luck. Since the China Pavilion can accommodate up to 50,000 visitors per day, only visitors with reservations can visit. According to estimates, 90% of the visitors during the World Expo are expected to "pass by" the China Pavilion. Please don't worry. After the 184-day Expo ends, the organizers will keep the China Pavilion and Theme Pavilion for about half a year to a year for people to visit.

If you don’t want to queue in a long line in front of the China Pavilion, you can choose to visit the theme pavilion on the west side of the Expo axis first. Pudong Park is home to the Urban People Pavilion, Urban Life Pavilion, Urban Earth Pavilion, Urban Footprint Pavilion and Urban Future Pavilion in Puxi Park. The theme pavilion can be reserved or queued. Please try not to miss it. Everyone who has visited thinks it is great.

After entering the park, if you walk along the Expo axis to the end, you will find the Celebration Square next to the Huangpu River, and to the west is the Expo Center. This area will be the venue for the opening ceremony of National Pavilion Day. On each country's pavilion day, the country's head of state, celebrities, and celebrities will be invited to the Expo site, and there will also be various exciting performances. Those who are interested can check the National Museum Days of the countries they are interested in. If you choose to visit the park on that day, it will definitely be a worthwhile trip.

The buildings in AB area are mainly based on "grand narrative". The permanent buildings of "one axis and four pavilions" are located in these two areas. The most concentrated catering center in the park is also here - located in the World Expo Between the center and the theme pavilion, on the west side of the Expo axis. If you want to eat a variety of special dining, you might as well dine here at noon. China Food City, China's Eight Major Cuisines, Alley Style, World Food Forest and other food areas make this place always full of fragrance.

When you are tired from walking, there are benches everywhere in the Expo site. Drinking water points and toilets are also easy to find. There are also wonderful performances from various countries in the leisure square. After recuperating, we started our afternoon trip and stepped into the colorful, small and exquisite world of exhibition halls.

Also heading east from the Expo axis, around the China Pavilion, the "Jade Rabbit Palace Lantern" Macao Pavilion, the crystal clear Hong Kong Pavilion, and the "Landscape Heart Lantern" Taiwan Pavilion are all worth visiting. At the base of the China Pavilion, there are also regional pavilions from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. They are all pavilions within a pavilion built with a lot of effort, forming a unique Chinese cultural garden.

Further east, national pavilions and international organization pavilions from Asia and Oceania come into view. The Saudi Pavilion, Japan Pavilion and Israel Pavilion are not to be missed. The "Silk Road Treasure Ship" Saudi Arabia Pavilion suspended in mid-air is the most expensive foreign self-built pavilion in the Expo site. It houses the world's largest IMAX theater, which is as big as two basketball courts. What is even more shocking is that you are hanging Watch movies while walking on the cinema's skywalk. It surrounds the screen in all directions, making the audience hooked.

The Japan Pavilion is characterized by its delicate and vivid display. "Purple Silkworm Island" has a "skin" that can breathe and "tentacles" that can collect rainwater.

There is a "universal camera" with ultra-high definition and super telephoto functions, an entire "living wall" beyond imagination, a robot that can play the violin...

There is a "sea shell" The Israeli pavilion is known for its eye-catching shape. In the "Whispering Garden" exhibition area, there will be 54 citrus trees displaying Israel's famous "drip irrigation technology". There is also a swallowable "capsule" on display to perform a physical examination on your body.

You can stay at the Expo site until 12pm at the latest, and you can feast your eyes on various wonderful performances in the evening. When night falls, the various lights in the park will allow you to experience the park's style that is completely different from the daytime scene. The UFO-shaped Expo Cultural Center hosts performances every night by the China Oriental Performing Arts Group, as well as superstar concerts on weekends. If you are still not satisfied, you can also go west. At the Baosteel Grand Stage, an old factory building near Lupu Bridge, various wonderful performances are performed every day. If you want to know the specific performance information, just go to the information desk to ask for information.

The third day

Route to Area C

Enter the park from the entrance of Changqing North Road—Belarus Pavilion—Bosnia and Herzegovina Pavilion—Hungary Pavilion—Portugal Pavilion—Finland Pavilion - Norway Pavilion - Belgium Pavilion - Poland Pavilion - Spain Pavilion - Germany Pavilion - Switzerland Pavilion - UK Pavilion - Italy Pavilion - African Pavilion - Egypt Pavilion - Canada Pavilion - United States Pavilion - Mexico Pavilion - European Pavilion

After entering the park from the Changqing North Road entrance, walk west about 300 meters, pass under the Lupu Bridge, and arrive at Area C. It is best to make reservations in advance, and you can reserve three or four venues.

Zone C is rectangular in shape. The area where the exhibition halls are densely packed is about 1 kilometer long and about 700 to 800 meters wide. It is divided into three long strips from east to west by the roads in the park. It is recommended to go from the Changqing North Road entrance to the southeast corner of Area C and visit in a counterclockwise direction without turning back.

Let’s start with the Belarus Pavilion in the southeast corner. The facade of this square building is very "fancy" - a colorful and bright picture of a small town. The Bosnia and Herzegovina Pavilion next to it is also decorated with colorful children's paintings, which is bright and lively. Going north from the Belarus Pavilion, you come to the "European Square" in this area. There are several venues around the square: the two European Union Pavilions, the Hungarian Pavilion with a wooden sleeve appearance, the Czech Pavilion, the Slovak Pavilion, and the ones decorated with dark brown cork. The Portuguese pavilion has unique colors and textures.

Continuing to walk north, the "curling" of the Finland Pavilion is right in front of you. The color is polar ice and snow, white and pure. There is a Santa Claus Post Office in the museum, where you can send letters with "Santa Claus' signature" and the postmark will be "North Pole Santa Claus Post Office".

The nearby Norwegian pavilion has a Nordic style; the Turkish pavilion uses ocher-colored ancient murals and petroglyph patterns; the Iceland pavilion is small, like a square box. Under the backlight at night, it looks wonderful." Ice Cube”.

Go straight ahead. When you are tired, there is a small "Irish Pub" between the Belgian Pavilion and the Polish Pavilion where you can take a rest. The Spanish Pavilion, the “rattan basket” in this area, is not to be missed. The Spanish National Pavilion covers an area of ??more than 7,600 square meters and is one of the largest self-built pavilions at the Shanghai World Expo. 8,000 rattan boards of different textures and colors. The performances here are worth watching, including opera, flamenco, etc.

The German Pavilion is known as a "building suspended in the air". Its lines are twists and turns, but they are reasonable. There will be two virtual commentators in the exhibition hall - the German young man "Yan Si" and the Chinese girl "Yan Yan", who will interact with visitors in the exhibition hall. The nearby Polish Pavilion has a hollowed-out facade that resembles Chinese paper-cutting. The Polish Pavilion holds Chopin piano recitals every day in the central square and concert hall to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the famous Polish composer and pianist Chopin.

At noon, you can choose to have lunch at a nearby restaurant.

The Swiss Pavilion is shrouded in a curtain with red balls, with nature on top and city on the bottom. This "covering yet revealing" curtain is actually made of soybean fiber, which can not only generate electricity but also naturally degrade.

Now we go west. The luminous tentacles of the British Pavilion create a downy "gentle touch" - these are more than 60,000 tentacles growing outside the "Seed Temple". During the day, light is transmitted into the interior through the tentacles; at night, the light source built into the tentacles illuminates the building.

The "Olympic Corner" in the British National Pavilion allows us to see the prototype of the London Olympics and communicate with many famous British sports stars.

The Dutch Pavilion to the south of the British Pavilion is called "Happy Street". The appearance reveals whimsy, a bit of willfulness and humor. Walking around the "Happy Street", you will find that it has no gate and can be entered from any direction of the exhibition hall. The interior fully demonstrates the Netherlands' innovation in space, energy and water conservancy.

Next, the Italian Pavilion with transparent concrete is also quite impressive, where there will be fashion shows of world-famous fashion brands. Continuing to the west, the African Joint Pavilion is already in sight. This huge square building is the largest joint pavilion at the World Expo. The outer wall is an African acacia tree, and the colorful sky is full of African style.

Going south from the African Union Pavilion, there are Tunisia Pavilion, South Africa Pavilion, Angola Pavilion, Libya Pavilion and many other small pavilions. Among them, the Egyptian Pavilion has authentic antiques from the Pharaonic era and slideshows. Films, documentaries, and music showcase Egypt’s material culture, folk traditions, etiquette and customs over thousands of years.

Dinner is available near the African Union Pavilion. Coming to the Canada Pavilion, it is full of three-dimensional interactive display devices, such as the "Magic Water" that reflects the city in children's dreams. The American Pavilion has a restaurant and a variety of surrounding supporting services.

The Mexico Pavilion is a fantasy world composed of "kites". You can enjoy the tenderness and romance of flying among butterflies and kites. Passing through the area of ??the European Union Pavilion, the entrance and exit of Changqing North Road is right in front of you

There are some interactive exhibits inside, and the exhibition hall design is also very novel, which is worth looking forward to.
