The hotel has no right to block it. According to relevant information, local people's governments at or above the county level have the right to decide whether to take blockade measures, but hotels have no right to blockade. Article 42 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that local people's governments at or above the county level shall carry out prevention and control in accordance with the prevention and control plan when infectious diseases break out and become popular.
