When can the pre-authorized money be refunded?

The pre-authorized money will be unfrozen and returned to the card after you leave the store for seven working days.

Pre-authorization: refers to the behavior that the cardholder spends money in a hotel, hotel or leasing company, but the consumption and settlement are not completed at the same time, and the special unit requests authorization from the card issuer in advance through the POS machine.

The bank card is frozen (pre-authorized) by the merchant. In fact, the merchant has already done the pre-authorization operation, which is equivalent to "deposit" and the bank cannot unfreeze it.

After confirming the specific amount after general consumption, the hotel will confirm the pre-authorization and the balance will be returned to the bank card.

If you don't want to spend, you can ask the merchant who swiped the card to cancel the pre-authorization.

Even if the pre-authorization is not cancelled, it will be cancelled automatically after one month and the money will be returned to the withdrawal account.
