Where is Tiger Leaping Gorge in Jinsha River?

Hutiaoxia is located in the southeast of Zhongdian County, Yunnan Province, which is105km away from Zhongdian County, 60km away from Lijiang County and 35km away from the first bay of the Yangtze River. The canyon is located in the upper reaches of Jinsha River, with a total length of 18km. It is divided into three sections: upper tiger jump, middle tiger jump and lower tiger jump. Bypass the road for 25km, east to Yulong Snow Mountain and west to Diqing Haba Snow Mountain. The vertical height difference of the canyon is 3790 meters, which is one of the deepest canyons in the world.

The whole Tiger Leaping Gorge is full of grotesque rocks, with dense rapids, rough waves and unfathomable. Huge waves several feet high beat against the rocks. The sounds of rivers, winds, mountains, rocks, water and fog constitute a rare spectacle of dangerous mountains and rushing water in the world, which is frightening and creepy.

Many famous explorers tried to conquer this dangerous canyon, but so far, no more than 150 explorers in the world have successfully drifted this canyon.
