The lower part should be supported by aerated block or wood square, with the height of each floor ≤ 1m and the total height ≤2m. The cantilever length is 1/5l ~ 1/6l, and covering measures should be taken in rainy season.

Key points of construction technology

1. Set up a mobile receiving platform for vertical transportation of slats. Take the floor as the unit, divide the operation team, form the flowing water construction between floors, and use the tower crane to transport the slats vertically. Each board should be classified and numbered in layers, which is convenient for hoisting in layers and sections.

2. Add reinforced concrete constructional column to reinforce the free end of the doorway and ALC slab. There are four Ф10, Ф 6.5 @ 200 steel bars and C20 concrete in the constructional column.

3. The installation sequence of the interior partition wall shall be carried out from the door to both ends in turn. Interior partition walls without doors shall be installed from one end to the other end in turn. When the modulus is not satisfied, the section size of the structural column at the entrance or free end can be adjusted appropriately.

4. Fine stone concrete is rammed into the gap at the bottom of the wall. Generally, the wedge can be pulled out after 3 ~ 5 days, and the hard fine stone concrete is filled in the gap of the wedge for extrusion compaction, and the top seam of the wall is filled with polymer cement mortar.

5. Polymer cement mortar is used for vertical joints between 5.ALC slabs, and the mixing ratio is cement: sand: building glue = 1: 3: 0. 1, and its fluidity should meet the joint requirements of filled slabs.

6. Ventilation pipes and bridges for installation should pass through the two reinforcing columns at the upper end of the doorway to avoid opening holes directly on the whole board.

Matters needing attention

1. Before installation, it is necessary to check the appearance certificate of ALC board. If the board with insufficient curing period is used, the deformation after installation is large and the plastering surface is easy to crack.

2. For the convenience of construction, ALC plates are vertically arranged. When arranging boards, pay attention to the corresponding adjustment of board length at the change of floor elevation, and don't shorten the long board at will.

3. In order to ensure the compactness of slab joints, adjacent slabs should be wetted with water before installation, and then filled with polymer cement mortar, so as to ensure that slab joints are dense, full and do not leak slurry, and the mortar on slab joints should be cleaned up in time. The board shall not be subjected to vibration and impact before the filling mortar in the board joint is completely hardened.

4. When drilling and sawing ALC wallboard, it should be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations, and special tools should be used, and random cutting is not allowed. It is not suitable to cut the groove horizontally when cutting the groove on the wallboard; When transverse slotting is required, the length of the partition wall should be less than or equal to 1/2 plate width, the groove depth should not exceed 20mm, and the groove width should not exceed 300mm. ..

5. Adjust the plate in place and put it slowly and gently after it is in place; Move slowly with a wide crowbar when moving; When fine-tuning, rubber hammers or skids shall be used to knock, and the plate shall not be damaged due to blind drying.

6. After the installation of ALC board, repair the missing edges, corners, slots (holes) and depressions, and the repairing agent shall be special repairing mortar for ALC board.

7. Before painting, the joints (oblique joints) of inner wall panels shall be marked with special marking agent to reduce shrinkage and prevent cracks.

8. Decoration requirements: both sides of ALC wall cannot be made airtight at the same time; It is not suitable to install facing slate or metal decorative board directly on ALC wall. If facing the slate or metal plate, a steel frame should be set separately, and then the slate or metal plate should be installed on the steel frame.
