How to pronounce Fengjie Kuimen?

The pinyin of Fengjie Kuimen is: [fèng Jie? Kumen.

Located at the foot of Kuimen Mountain in Qutangxia, fengjie county of the Three Gorges, it is an important pass to the east of Gushu Road, and has been a battleground for military strategists since Qin and Han Dynasties. Lingjiang River, with high mountains on both sides, is the gateway for the Yangtze River to enter the Three Gorges from Sichuan Basin. Because of the rapid flow of water, roaring and rushing, it is sad, and it is known as "Kuimen is the best in the world".

During the Han Dynasty, a general was placed here. In 2 14, Liu Bei attacked Guanghan Weike, and Zhuge Liang, Zhang Fei, Yue Yun and others led troops from Jingjiang to occupy this pass, thus defeating Badong. Later, it was regarded as an important town by Shu Han. If you want to take Bashu in past dynasties, you must first get this pass.

Extended data:

Qutangguan, the entrance of Qutangxia, is the west gate of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, also known as "Kuimen". Under the majestic Baidi City, it is the gateway to the Sichuan Basin. Du Fu wrote in another poem: "Bai Di is the Three Gorges Town, and Qutang is over 100 prisons." From Baidicheng to the east, it enters Qutangxia, the westernmost part of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River.

It includes the wind box gorge and staggered gorge, from Baidicheng to Daxi Town (Daixi Town) in Wushan County, with a total length of about eight kilometers, which is the shortest and most magnificent of the Three Gorges. "The Three Gorges bundled the Yangtze River into a river. Who knows that it broke Kuimen and flowed eastward into the sea. " The Kuimen written by Comrade Chen Yi in this magnificent poem is at the entrance of Qutang Gorge.

It "stands on the cliff, stands on the wall" (Guo Moruo's poem), just like a huge city gate standing on the river, and the five characters "Kuimen is the best in the world" are engraved on the rock. Because Fengjie was called Kuizhou in ancient times, it was called Kuimen, and Qutang Gorge was also called Kuixia.

As Du Fu, a poet in China in the Tang Dynasty, described in his poem "The Yangtze River": "There will be plenty of water, and Qutang will compete for a door." The roaring river flows through the winding canyon, rushes through Kuimen and growls.

Chijiashan is called Chijiashan because the aqueous solution containing iron oxide is attached to the weathered rock surface, and the earth and stone of this mountain are red, such as bare back. Baiyan Mountain System is named after its aqueous solution attached to rocks, which mainly contains calcium and looks like white salt. In the bright sunshine, Chi Jia Mountain is reddish and Baiyan Mountain is grayish white. Across the river, one was dressed in red and the other in plain color. It was a wonderful sight.
