Prohibited areas. The area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited is within the Ring Road in Jinghong City, from Xishuangbanna Liming Bridge (Monkey Mountain) in the east to the south via Ronglin Avenue, Manhena, and Manhe Beng; to Manongfeng (including the Big Buddha Temple) in the south. To the west, along Manzhen, Manguangmai, Manjingdong, and Manguanglong; to the west to S220 Provincial Highway (Gasa to Gadong Line) and to the north, along Manmai Village, Manjingdongnan Village, and Mandonghan Village (including Manhuisuo Village); north to Wanda Vista Hotel and east along the route via Hot Works Team 6, Banna Yipin, Yunjinghong Bridge (Old Bridge), Lancangjiang Road, Manwai Village to Tuanshan Laozhai (see attached map for details) ), fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited throughout the year. 2. Fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities within the urban area must be approved by the public security organs; without permission, no citizen, legal person or other organization may organize fireworks without permission. 3. Units or individuals who set off fireworks and firecrackers in prohibited areas shall be investigated and punished by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments"; all those who are public employees shall If the case is transferred to the disciplinary inspection agency and a crime is constituted, criminal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law. 4. All units under the municipal government, sub-district offices, community neighborhood committees, and residential property management units must do a good job in publicity, education, and management of the prohibition of setting off fireworks and firecrackers. The general public must consciously abide by the prohibition regulations and jointly maintain the safety of the urban environment. 5.
