How to adjust the temperature of the heating thermostat

The correct way to adjust the thermostat is as follows:

Material preparation: thermostat, etc.

1. Press the SET key to set or view the temperature setting. Press the set key, and the characters of the digital tube will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the setting state.

2. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the internal parameter setting state. The first parameter that appears and flashes is C00, that is, the back difference. The back difference control parameter should be carefully adjusted.

3. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the inner parameter setting state. The first parameter that appears and flashes is E00, that is, the advance of heating stop, and the advance parameter should be carefully adjusted.

4. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the inner parameter setting state, where E is the proportional band offset and P is the proportional band, that is, the proportional control value.

5. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the inner parameter setting state. Parameter e is the advance of heating stop when P=0. When p is not equal to 0, the instrument works in intelligent PID mode, and when p is not equal to 0, the E parameter is meaningless.

Working principle of temperature controller

According to the temperature change of the working environment, the thermostat physically deforms inside the switch, resulting in some special effects and a series of automatic control elements with on or off actions. Also called temperature control switch, temperature protector and temperature controller, referred to as thermostat.

The ambient temperature is automatically sampled and monitored by the temperature sensor. When the ambient temperature is higher than the control set value, the control circuit is started, and the control back difference can be set. If the temperature is still rising, the over-limit alarm function will be started when the temperature reaches the set over-limit alarm temperature point.

When the controlled temperature cannot be effectively controlled, in order to prevent the equipment from being damaged, the equipment can be stopped to continue running through the tripping function. Mainly used in various high and low voltage switchgear, dry-type transformers, box-type substations and other related temperature use fields.
