Boyfriend doesn't want to spend money to rent a hotel with good conditions. Does that prove that he doesn't want to spend money for me?

As a man, I should have some say. From our standpoint, I think there are three most likely scenarios:

1, your boyfriend is really stingy, the kind who will have a good life. He thinks the conditions are almost the same. You can communicate with him and let him spoil you more in the future. If your boyfriend loves you, I believe he will change.

He really doesn't have much money on him, so he can only save it to buy you other things or pay for meals. If so, you should understand him.
