Legal provisions on buyer's priority

The legal provisions of the priority of property buyers are:

1. If the lessor sells the leased house, it shall notify the lessee within a reasonable period before the sale, and the lessee has the preemptive right under the same conditions;

2. Except that the house is purchased by stages or the lessor sells the house to close relatives.

3. If the Lessee fails to explicitly indicate the purchase within fifteen days after the Lessor performs the notification obligation, it shall be deemed that the Lessee has waived the preemptive right.

Rules for exercising preemptive right

1. In the equity transfer of a limited liability company, under the same conditions, shareholders other than the shareholders who transferred the equity can claim the preemptive right. "Under the same conditions" here means that factors such as the quantity, price, payment method and time limit of equity transfer should be considered.

2. If the period specified in the notice is less than 20 days or the exercise period is not specified, the exercise period is 20 days.

3. If more than two other shareholders are willing to accept the equity, their respective proportions shall be determined through consultation. If negotiation fails, they shall have the preemptive right according to their respective investment proportion at the time of transfer.

To sum up, the preemptive right refers to the right to buy a property before others.
