What about the house transferred by the hotel to others?

the hotel has to pay compensation for transferring the reserved room to others. When a hotel enters into a contract with a customer, the parties concerned shall fully perform their obligations as agreed. If the hotel sublets the reserved house to others, it is a breach of contract, and it shall be liable for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.

Article 582 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China

If the performance is not in conformity with the agreement, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with the agreement of the parties. If the liability for breach of contract is not stipulated or clearly stipulated and cannot be determined according to the provisions of Article 51 of this Law, the injured party may reasonably choose to ask the other party to bear the liability for breach of contract such as repair, rework, replacement, return, reduction of price or remuneration according to the nature of the subject matter and the size of the loss.

Article 1165th

If the actor infringes upon the civil rights and interests of others through his fault and causes damage, he shall bear the tort liability.

if the actor is presumed to be at fault according to the law, but he cannot prove that he is not at fault, he shall bear tort liability.
