How to install the door lock management system software of Adil a90? What are the precautions? Especially how to install SQL SERVER 2000? And door lock software settings.

Through the system management-> system management; System parameter setting] menu opens the "System parameter setting window" of hotel management software (figure 1). In the system parameter setting window, first select the "Open Access Control System Interface" option, then select the door lock type, and then click the button next to it to open the door lock setting window.

Note: If you want to strictly control the key card, please select the options of "Allow business card printing when checking in and saving" and "Cancel key card when checking out".

In the door lock setting window (Figure 2), first set the door lock parameters. Then click the [Test] button to display the door lock test interface (Figure 3).

When setting parameters, you should pay attention to the following two points:

1) When filling in the server name, if the door lock system database is local, just fill in "(local)", otherwise, fill in the ip address of the computer where the door lock system database is located;

2) Fill in the door lock software, distributor serial port, distributor type and TM distributor type truthfully. If you are not clear, you should consult the door lock manufacturer.

When testing card reading, you should take a normal guest card that can open the door to test; If there is no problem in the test, adjust the departure date back and then test the business card printing. If there is no problem with the business card printing, it means that the door lock interface can be used normally. (After the business card is printed, you need to actually open the door to ensure card opening. )

Note: If the door lock system is running during the test, you must exit first, otherwise the test will fail.

When testing the door lock, first click the [Initialize] button to initialize, and then test it. After the interface test is successful, open Rooms.ini in the installation directory of hotel management software, and add the room number correspondence in the following format:

[room]

A 1=B 1

A2=B2

......

An=Bn

Where Ai is the room number of the hotel management system;

Bi is the room number of the door lock system corresponding to the Ai room.

Only when the interface test is successful and the corresponding relationship of the room number is established can the interface setting be completed.
