Tea-related life tips and essays
This lush green Longjing tea is my morning tea
It snowed heavily yesterday, the first time in the past ten years. Pieces of snow are flying in the air, bringing happiness, joy and romance to many people.
Time always flies by. I think of how much snow it snowed when I was a child in the countryside, but it could not stop the childlike innocence of playing. This snow also brought a lot of happiness to my daughter and children. Two days before the arrival of the New Year, the snow gave the New Year a beautiful coat. Such white snow has not been seen for many years.
This winter has become a winter for drinking black tea, which I didn’t have before. The red color of the black tea brings warmth to this relatively cold winter, but after drinking it for a long time, I start to miss the clusters of green again. When I opened my eyes in the morning, I decided to drink this green Longjing tea and a bowl of West Lake lotus root starch, which was my morning tea.
Love is like a second cup of tea.
What is the difference between the second cup of chrysanthemum tea? The smell of water chrysanthemum has not come out in the first course, it is too light, and the pure flavor of water chrysanthemum has dissipated a lot in the third course. Only the second course is just right, so you must seize the opportunity. Drinking tea is the same as discovering the goodness of your lover. Why is she your love? There is always a reason, and you have to understand it most deeply at the most appropriate time.
Injured First Love
When I was very young, I longed for love. Imagine that there is a person holding an umbrella with you and walking slowly on a cold and rainy street, or a girl holding an ice cream on a hot day, taking a naughty bite and stuffing it into your mouth. It should be wonderful. enjoyment. My first love lasted for 4 years, from the third year of junior high school to the third year of high school. After graduating from high school, I went to a university in the provincial capital, and her school was in Beijing. One day in the first semester of my freshman year, she broke up on the phone. The long distance made me lose my first love, and we disappeared from each other's lives. In the next few years of college, I spent two years trying to forget. Drinking and smoking made me degenerate. After two years, I was ranked first in the school when I entered school. I had red flags for several subjects every semester. I didn't even take 50 classes at the end of each semester! I always thought that I would never be tempted by anyone in this life and would never need feelings again!
During the winter vacation of the first semester of my junior year, I had a chance chat with my parents, and I realized that my parents had long known about my affairs in school, but they never told me or said anything about me. . Every time I ask for money from them, they give it to me without saying a word. No matter how difficult it is, it will never be a day late! It turns out that they knew everything, but they didn't tell me because they were afraid that I would be even more sad! Suddenly I realized that I was cruel. In this farce, the most innocent people were actually my parents who gave birth to me and raised me. Who am I? I used to think that I was the most miserable person, but it turned out that my parents were the most pitiable. Seeing my son become like this, I was helpless and pretended not to know anything!
I decided to start over. When I got to school, I quit smoking and drinking. My friends couldn’t believe that the former prodigal son would actually turn around. My life slowly returned to peace! I always thought that I would never find love again, but I never imagined that a fragile heart is often concerned by feelings.
Distance causes harm
Juan is one of my netizens, a very kind girl! Whenever I was in a bad mood, she would listen to me silently, and she understood everything I was going through. After meeting me online for over a year, she told me she loved me. I said I was a terrible person, I was depraved! But she didn't back down. She said that she had already fallen in love with me, and what she liked was my persistence and honesty. In fact, she had hinted countless times online. I hesitated for a long time, but for some reason I agreed to be her boyfriend that day!
At first, I didn’t have too deep feelings for her, nor did I care much about her. I just regarded her as one of my many ambiguous netizens. Because there is a thousand miles between me and her, I don't want to make the same mistake again.
In the following days, she received a phone call almost every day, a letter every two days, lucky stars, cross stitch... everything she could do was done for me. On the phone, she sang to me to make me happy... Her persistence, infatuation, and kindness to me deeply moved me! Slowly, I got used to her existence, I got used to her love for me, and I became more and more dependent on her.
We have been discussing the meeting, but the date of the meeting has been postponed time and time again. I just graduated and am quite busy. And she was still studying in a university thousands of miles away.
Until the first month of 2003, it was her birthday shortly after school started. I rushed over to celebrate her birthday and finally met! But when we were together, text messages kept coming in from her phone. She didn’t read any of them and deleted them all. I understood a little bit, and I had a gut feeling that it must be a boy. I asked her why she didn't read it and who sent it to her. She told me not to ask because she didn't want me to be unhappy. I felt a little uncomfortable, and I was wondering something. On the eve of her birthday, after having dinner with her friends, and despite the boy's insistence, she allowed me to meet him. He talked to me a lot, and then I realized that he had been pursuing Juan for more than a year and said that he loved her very much!
I felt a little uneasy. In fact, just a few months after returning to Fuzhou, Juan broke up with me. She cried on the phone and said: "I can't see our future. I can't see our future." Now I think it’s too realistic, so I have to give up. “The damage this time was very serious, and I felt completely depressed.
Met a good woman
In 2004, I met my current wife. She was working as a shopping guide in a shopping mall next door. She was very beautiful. It was natural to get to know her. She often walked around the mall and everyone seemed familiar to her. And after finding out that one of her colleagues was from my hometown, the two of us had the opportunity to get in touch.
In the past few years, although things have not gone well emotionally, I have still worked hard at work, received praise from my boss, and achieved good results. At that time, I had already bought a house, but it had not yet been renovated. When I was getting together with them, a fellow villager brought up the topic of the house. I said that I had a house, but it had not been renovated yet. I had to wait until I found my lover before going there. furnish. I'm joking: It's best to decorate according to your wife's wishes! Unexpectedly, these words touched her heart. Later, she said that I am a careful person, I will definitely take care of others, and I am very reliable. It didn’t take much effort to get my wife, and soon I was living with her.
My wife is from southern Fujian and likes to drink Kung Fu tea, but I don’t like to drink it. I only like to drink cool chrysanthemum tea. Under my influence, my wife also drinks chrysanthemum tea with me. She is a very kind and tolerant girl, she even speaks in a gentle voice and has no temper at all. What's even more rare is that she is very good to my relatives and friends. My father often tells me: Don't treat others badly. We soon reached the stage of talking about marriage, and everything was going very normally. We decorated the house according to my wife's wishes, and having a wedding was like starting a family.
The days after marriage are dull. My wife is also busy at work and does not have much time at home. And I suddenly went from having unfettered freedom by myself to carrying the shell of a family, which was a bit unaccustomed to me. My wife is someone who doesn't know how to create romance and surprises. She shows her kindness to you in a very real way, for example, she pays attention to nutritional combinations when buying groceries. I am very unaccustomed to this. I am still young. How can I live the life of a middle-aged and elderly person?
So there was a story about an affair.
True love needs to be savored slowly
I have always had a lot of netizens, and I often hang out online to chat with them, and naturally we will talk about ambiguous topics. One of them, Yang, works in Shanghai and seems to be infatuated with me on the Internet. Every time she plays a game, she asks me to join forces to fight. My bravery and skill in fighting always make her scream. After several attempts, I asked her to meet me. Unexpectedly, she agreed and was willing to come to Fuzhou to meet me. She said that some scenery in Fuzhou is worth seeing, and it is even more enjoyable to have me as a guide.
One day in early spring last year, Yang really came.
I met her at the airport and the two of us hit it off immediately, chatting and laughing. After we arranged a place to stay, she asked me to take her shopping. We walked from Jintai Road towards South Street, strolled around Sanfangqixiang, and then turned out of Dongjie. Our hands were already held together, like a couple walking sweetly on the street. What a big surprise. I really didn’t expect to meet my wife on the street. She saw us holding hands and came over. I quickly let go of my hand and looked at her with a blushing face, speechless. The wife did not make any drastic move, but asked softly: Is this your friend? I'll treat you to tea.
Yang was also a little embarrassed, so what else could he do, so he went to drink tea together. My wife ordered three cups of the most common and cheapest chrysanthemum tea, which few people drink in teahouses in Fuzhou. The waiter brought the tea and I was about to drink it when my wife stopped me. In my confused eyes, she poured out the water in the cup and added boiling water again. She said: I didn't like drinking chrysanthemum tea before, but now I like it. There are tricks to drinking chrysanthemum tea. The first water is not good to drink. The flavor of chrysanthemum is not revealed and it is too bland. The third water was not good either, the chrysanthemum smell had dissipated a lot. Only the second water is the best and will bring out the purest taste of chrysanthemums. The three of us didn't say too much and drank the tea in silence. My wife said she wanted to go back first and asked me to take Yang to where I lived. After sending Yang to the door of the hotel, I waved goodbye resolutely. I felt that I was blessed to have such a good wife. I could no longer do anything to hurt her. If I hurt her, I would actually hurt myself. Yang also told me: Your wife really loves you, you should spend more time understanding your wife's love for you!
Now that we have a son, playing with him every day is my greatest joy. After experiencing a lot, I realized that true love needs to be tasted slowly and requires a long process.
The unexpected uses of discarded tea bags
Nowadays, tea bags are becoming more and more popular among white-collar urban beauties. The reason is that tea bags are more convenient than ordinary tea and are more suitable for brewing and drinking by busy people. But it’s not a pity to throw away the discarded tea bags after drinking. Let me tell you quietly, what are the wonderful uses of discarded tea bags in life? Let’s take a look at them together!
One of the wonderful uses of discarded tea bags: washing tableware. The tableware is always greasy and difficult to clean. Try using discarded tea bags to clean greasy dishes or the sink. Wash the dishes with tea bags and then use dishwashing liquid to clean them easily.
The second magical use of discarded tea bags: deodorizing and repelling mosquitoes. There is usually a box of freshener in the toilet. Why not replace it with discarded tea bags? Putting tea bags in damp places has the effect of removing moisture. Light it and smoke it in ditches to deodorize and repel mosquitoes.
Three wonderful uses of discarded tea bags: Get rid of dark circles. Dry the discarded tea bags and keep them in the refrigerator. Pay attention to the dryness of the tea bags. Take it out and apply it on the dark circles when needed.
Reminder: Using tea bags that are not dry enough to plump up dark circles will be counterproductive.
What health benefits does Jin Junmei have for people?
A treasure in black tea - Jin Junmei. It combines the most traditional craftsmanship of Lapsang Souchong roasted tea, and the entire process is made manually by the master. It can be said to be a rare tea treasure for me. Today I will briefly talk about the health care functions of Jin Junmei.

Sansheng is lucky to have "Lingyun Tea"
People are destined to each other. "Good tea has always been like a beautiful woman", so the same is true for tea. I passed by Mr. Lingyun. As for "lucky for three lifetimes", this is really a bit of a legend.
I have published a small collection of essays "Drinking Tea", which contains the author's essays about drinking tea. There is an article "Qilin Tea Garden" in the collection, which is about my visit to Nanning People's Park when I was roaming. The experience of passing by Guangxi Green Tea "Lingyun" left a lingering regret. The article has been published long ago, and the book has been published for many years, and the matter has gradually faded away. But one day, Lingyun tea fell from the sky, filling the house with fresh green and the fragrance of tea. It made me immersed in Lingyun's green tea for the whole spring, summer, autumn and winter!
It’s a long story. As early as the late 1970s, Fujian and Guangxi had formed sister provinces. One of the results was that Xiamen University, as a key institution of the Ministry of Education, required admissions nationwide. We recruited more students from Guangxi, so a quarter of our classmates in the 1977 class of the Department of Foreign Languages ??and Literature were from Guangxi. For a time, Guangxi’s “vernacular” was flying around in our dormitories and classrooms, competing with Hokkien and Fuzhou dialects. Together they became the three major dialects. After four years of college, everyone went their separate ways. Half of the students from Guangxi were assigned to Nanning, Guilin and Liuzhou in Guangxi, while the rest went to Beijing, and some went abroad. Naturally, the contact between classmates gradually became less and less.
More than 20 years later, one day I suddenly received a call from an old classmate named Gong Xiujuan. She had been working in Nanning after graduating from university. We exchanged greetings and chatted a few words. First of all, of course, we talked about our children’s college entrance examinations. We lamented that the "second white" was the white horse and the white cloud, and the third white was the green third white - "Ling Yun". Pekoe". She told me that she read the article "Kilin Tea Garden" and she was surprised how I suddenly fell in love with tea so deeply. She said that her husband happened to be on a business trip to Lingyun County, so she asked him to buy me some authentic " Lingyun Pekoe" was mailed here to make up for my regret of passing by Lingyun Green Tea that year.
"No reward for no merit," I said politely with joy on my face. "Why is it no merit? You have promoted our famous tea in Guangxi. This is merit, but the promotion is not very good, haha!" A simple sentence, with both praise and criticism, makes people feel comfortable and feel good. The confusion about the gift disappeared. In fact, what I heard was a cup of tea, a cup of clear and considerate Kung Fu tea. So I thanked him again and again, and for a while I just felt full of joy and sweetness.
Drinking tea is really a kind of fate, and it cannot be forced. Look at this "Lingyun Pekoe". I passed by you back then because the fate had not arrived. Now when the fate arrives, it will naturally fall from the sky. This feeling of being overjoyed, this feeling that fate has arrived, this feeling of passing by and suddenly making up for it, can be said to be three kinds of tea. The soup is not even touching the lips, but it is already full of fragrance! Thank you to my old classmate for the generous gift. A bag full of Lingyun tea is full of green tea for our tea-loving family. It contains not only the friendship of the old classmate as a landlord, but also her simple and deep love for the mountains in her hometown of Guangxi. !
"Lingyun Pekoe" is produced in Lingyun County on the edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Some are rooted in Sanbo Baidong, Langfu Village, Shali Township, and some are grown in Qinglong Mountain and Cenwang Laoshan. Just reading this place name , the mountains, rivers, clouds and cliffs became ethereal, as if just by imitating Sun Wukong and raising his palm to cover his forehead, he could see the tea garden scene of "clear streams, lush forests, and shrouded clouds and mist" in one fell swoop. I think that for the growth environment of tea, lush forests and clouds are equally important. Tea trees need the whispering and lingering of clouds and streams, and they also need communication and dialogue with other plant species, so that the branches, leaves and buds of tea can be more vigorous and stimulate wildness. long potential.
The dry tea pekoe of "Lingyun Pekoe" is exposed, yellow and white intertwined, and tightly knotted into a spiral shape. Its shape and color are somewhat similar to the clams in the Minjiang River that clear away liver fire. "Pekko tea" brewed in a white porcelain cup has the best appearance. The white color of the porcelain cup shows the goose yellow color of the soup and the tender green of the leaf buds, which is very eye-catching.
Touching the taste of the tea, I was very happy to brew it for the first time. It was mellow, sweet and bitter, and the bitterness was just right. I brewed it for the second time while it was still hot. A few traces of the green bitterness of mustard cores oozed from the tea soup, which made me feel bitter from the tip of my tongue to my lips and teeth. It’s very fresh and tasty... The most important thing is the rich and mellow bitterness of this kind of green tea. I often ask for it. The Lingyun tea that fell from the sky meets my expectations with just the right bitterness, filling tea lovers with the joy and happiness of three lifetimes. Satisfied, he looked up to the sky and sighed, "With tea, everything is enough." It can be said that the pursuit of life is sometimes very contradictory, complicated and simple: it can be as complicated as bottomless desires, with countless octopuses dormant along the way, or it can be as simple as a cup of tea, a cup of good tea, and a cup of calming liver. A rich green tea with a sweet and bitter aftertaste.
Playing the piano to entertain myself
I love tea but don’t know much about tea. My taste buds are not sensitive, especially for teas that are not very different. It is difficult for me to taste the different teas. What a difference. I can’t taste it on the tip of my tongue, so I have to put in more effort outside of tea to make up for my guilt about tea, such as writing some words about understanding and praising tea. Not long ago, I saw someone playing the flute for tea at a tea party. On a whim, he wanted to play the flute for tea. Although I have never touched any musical instrument before, I have a long-standing passion for the guqin. When I was young, I studied poetry, and there was a line in my compositions about "When will I hear the sound of the elegant guqin?"
In fact, it doesn’t matter even if you can’t play. Tao Yuanming once had a stringless qin. He got interested and stroked the smooth surface a few times, and wrote a poem: "But if you know the fun in the qin, why bother to play the strings?" Ouyang Xiu also said: "If you want to release yourself, you can do it without strings." The most beautiful music is naturally silent. Just like the "tasteless taste, even the taste" of tea. Tu Long, a scholar in the Ming Dynasty who wrote "Tea Notes", once said: "The qin is an elegant music in the study room, and it cannot be unvoiced for a day. When laymen talk about the ancient times, if there is no guqin, a new one must be hung on the wall of the bed, regardless of whether it can be played or not." "If you are not good at playing, you should still have a qin." This means that scholars should have a qin, whether they know how to play or not. I heard that learning the piano is not difficult. An old man got a good piano by chance. After practicing for half a month, he could play simple music such as "Xian Weng Cao" and "Autumn Wind Ci". He was sixty-three at the time. I was born late, I first learned about destiny, and I am not old yet, so why is it so difficult? Besides, I am just playing the harp over tea to amuse myself, so if I know the spiritual tea, they will not laugh at me.
So I went to the Guqin Museum to buy a Guqin made by a famous craftsman. It is made of fine sycamore wood, wide in front and narrow in back, with a round top and a bottom, which is the most common Zhongni style. My study was too narrow to accommodate the piano table, so I fixed the piano on the table with purple clay pots, tea cups, tea cups, and tea cans. It just happened to accompany the tea day and night, and the jade body lay flat, like a sleeping beauty. . The piano also has forehead, shoulders, neck, chest, waist, etc. The painted surface of the piano is as smooth and shiny as a girl's skin. The inlaid clam emblem is the jewelry she wears, and the brown rope fringe under the piano is her beautiful braid. . Therefore, I named Qin "Serving Ming", which sounds like she is serving as a maid for Tea. In fact, the two are like brothers and are as close as sisters. The relationship between Qin and tea is very deep and has a long history of thousands of years. Shen Nong tasted hundreds of herbs and discovered tea. Not only did he discover tea, he also invented the guqin. Legend has it that Shennong "cut tung trees to make a qin and used ropes to make strings." The styles of the guqin have been passed down to this day, including the "Shennong style". Guqin is good at expressing the sound of gurgling spring water, and the best water for making tea is mountain spring, so this Qin can also be inscribed with "Yinquan". Since ancient times, literati have had the pleasure of listening to Qin and tasting tea. Bai Juyi, the great poet of the Tang Dynasty, has been with Qin and tea all his life. He wrote a poem "Qin and Tea": "The only thing that is known and heard in Qin is Lushui, and the old memories in tea are the Mengshan Mountains." Since I have the piano to accompany my tea, I have become less lonely. In my free time, I brew a pot of Pu'er tea in a simple purple clay pot, sit upright in the scent of tea, and follow the "picking and scratching, picking and picking" in the subtraction score. "Fingering and plucking the strings a few times can actually produce a long and beautiful sound. After taking a few sips of Pu'er old tea, it also feels a bit ancient. The drunkard's intention is not to drink. Listening to the harp is to listen to the sounds outside the strings, and tasting tea is also to taste the taste outside the tea.
There are fourteen ways to play the guqin: meeting a close friend, meeting a pleasant person, meeting a Taoist priest, living in a high hall, rising to a pavilion, sitting in a palace, sitting on a rock, climbing a mountain port, relaxing in an empty valley, swimming in the water, living in a boat In the middle, under the forest, the value is clear, the breeze is bright and the moon is bright.
In fact, aren’t these the perfect settings for drinking tea? When you buy the piano, it comes with a brocade case or a leather case, you can choose as you like. Although the brocade is gorgeous, I chose a piano case that can be carried on the shoulder for easy portability. I have seen many paintings depicting ancient people listening to the harp and drinking tea. They sat on the ground by the mountains, forests and springs, put the harp on their knees, bowed their heads and caressed it, enjoying the music of tea, smoke and harp. I also look forward to the day when I get interested, either alone or with a few close friends, carrying my guqin and tea sets out of my study, and immersing myself in nature, whether in secluded springs and mountains, or under pine trees by streams, or in dense forests and deep valleys, collecting firewood and drinking from springs. Make tea. It doesn't matter whether you can taste tea or play the harp. If you don't drink tea, you'll get drunk. If you don't play the harp, you'll sing. As long as you feel in your heart, "It's as tall as a mountain; it's as vast as flowing water." That's enough.
