What's it like to live in Guangzhou (Liwan, Yuexiu, Haizhu, Tianhe and Baiyun)?
(2) Yuexiu District: The original jurisdiction area is small, and the population of provinces and cities is relatively dense. Department stores, parks and hotels are relatively concentrated, and then merged into Dongshan District to expand the area. This famous department store was called Zhongshan Fifth Road Department Store and Li Clock Store before 2000. Parks: People's Park, Yuexiu Park, Children's Park, Martyrs Cemetery Park and Liuhua Lake Park. There are brave people in the cinema. Hotels: Guangdong Guest House, Guangzhou Hotel, Aiqun Mansion, Datong Restaurant, and Rongyuan, which was later converted into Guangzhou Mansion, is famous and early.
③ Haizhu District: Except Zuofang Wharf, binjiang road, Gongye Avenue, Haizhuang Park and Changgang Road, the area near the urban area is densely populated, and it is remote to the former site of Sun Yat-sen University, Luoxi Archway and Yizhou in the south, belonging to farmers' villages.
④ Tianhe District: At present, it is the earliest large-scale urban area developed for the new city center, formerly called suburb. During the Republic of China in tianhe sports center, it was a military airport and farmland. Now it is a densely populated high-rise building with large traffic volume, high-grade office buildings and many noble residential areas. Wushan, Shipai, Yuancun, He Lin, Cheng Jie, Chebei and Dongpu are all peasant villages.
⑤ Baiyun District: Actually, it is a district divided into big suburbs. In the past, Guihuagang and Sanyuanli villages were suburbs, mainly farmers' villages, but they were also close to the provincial and municipal governments, and they were also big cities bordering Huadu and Conghua.
Summary: The above five areas are now called old areas. They are all developed and built earlier and relatively perfect areas with dense population, large traffic volume and serious air pollution. Welcome friends to comment on the guidance and correct mistakes and omissions. These are my personal impressions. (End) [Bow]
It has been almost 15 years in Guangzhou. I came to study in Haizhu in 2007. After graduation, I lived in Yuexiu, Tianhe and Huangpu for a short time, and moved to Baiyun on 13 until now.
Guangzhou is really an inclusive and friendly city. No matter where you come from or how much money you earn, you can find a place to live. The rich live in the tall Pearl River New Town, and the poor live in the dark handshake building in shipai village opposite Huangpu Avenue.
The biggest feeling of living in the city is that there are many delicious foods, convenient shopping, convenient transportation, many parks and places to play, and life is too comfortable!
Gourmet articles-Yuexiu YYDS in my heart
When I first graduated, I lived in Xihua Road, Yuexiu District for two years, and I still love that area. I remember that there is a boundary pillar between Liwan District and Yuexiu District at the entrance of Jinhua Street Temporary Reception Station on Xihua Road. Xihua Road is a famous food street. There are too many delicious foods to count.
Selling big steamed buns, rice noodles, sausages, boat porridge, fried dumplings, sugar water, bowl wings and red city is booming. ...
Go shopping after work when you are full. Within 3km, there are Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu, Animation Star City, Liuhuahu Park, People's Park, Yuexiu Park, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Jiang Yan Road and Shamian. At that time, I was very poor. I just pushed the road and walked around for free. It was the happiest and carefree day.
Later, I moved to Tianhe, lived in Yuancun Cheng Jessie for more than two months, and moved to Huangpu for half a year. I'm not used to it. The handshake building in the village in the city is noisy and the rent is expensive. Finally moved to Baiyun District, until now.
Tianhe gives people the feeling that it is tall. One day, there will be a Pearl River New Town in Hebei, and it will feel like a real metropolis. Sports West, Fashion Tianhe and World Mall are all popular among young people.
Finally, talk about white clouds. For more than eight years, it has been near the north of Baiyun Avenue. Others say it is the urban-rural fringe, which is dirty, chaotic and poor. In short, it is all kinds of derogatory meanings. Because the rent is cheap, many young people have gathered. The subway is crowded. I can't squeeze a shoe, break a bag, break a pair of glasses and take breakfast to the company on the subway. It's all messed up [I want to be quiet]. I was forced to get on at Yongtai, but I couldn't get off at Tang Yan. I want to ride a roller coaster every day.
Living in a village in the city, the consumption is much lower than Yuexiu. What I eat most is roasted meat fast food, pork knuckle rice, pork soup powder and mala Tang, and I especially miss the delicious food of Xihua Road. Go to work at two o'clock and one line, occasionally climb Baiyun Mountain and go to Wanda to watch movies. Compared with Yuexiu's life, it is far from it.
However, Baiyun District has been getting better and better in recent years. The streets are much cleaner and the roads are widened. The buildings here are not that high, and there are not many office buildings. You can always see blue sky and white clouds when you look up, and moonlight when you get off work at night.
15 years, we bought a house. Although we have to pay the loan every month, we have our own nest, children and home in this city. We don't have to find a house to move every year and live a wandering life.
The main theme of these years is to make money and raise a baby. Where to live is not the most important thing. In addition, there are commercial complexes everywhere and there is no shortage of shopping malls. Online shopping is also very convenient, convenient for work and convenient for children to learn.
Finally, I want to say, beautiful girls struggling in Guangzhou, come on together! Hard work will definitely pay off. I hope you have a natural future now!
Living in Haizhu is the feeling of living in a park.
As a new Hakka in Guangzhou who officially settled in Huacheng in 2002, the living environment of Haizhu people has really changed a lot in recent years.
I used to visit Tianhe City and Friendship Shopping Mall, and the park went to Land Rover Lake. Guangzhou Bridge is very sad.
Now, the orchard opposite the community has become an ecological park, separated from haizhu lake by the street, the Haizhu Wetland Park in the Song Dynasty of haizhu lake Bridge, the Exhibition Park in the east, and the Haizhu Children's Park next to Luoxi Bridge.
On the south side of Guangzhou Avenue, there is already a small park. A tree cotton bauhinia always touches the heartstrings of pedestrians.
Coupled with the opening of Haizhu wanda plaza opposite the Haizhu District Government, Haizhu people really have less and less cross-regional play or shopping.
The only regret is that there are few buses to haizhu lake on the south side of Guangzhou Avenue. It would be great if one or two bus lines could be added to connect Guangzhou Avenue and haizhu lake!
Liwan, Yuexiu, Haizhu and Shilin are all dilapidated, with convenient transportation, poor housing conditions and high development costs. Tianhe Baiyun transportation is not as convenient as the old district, and the housing conditions are more comfortable. They are all newly built this year. There are many apartments for rent in the village in the city, which are several grades better than the old and shabby environment in the city, not to mention the air. At dusk, Baiyun Ran Ran rises, and the cost of land development and supporting facilities come slowly. If a district finds that the construction is long-term, it will be understood that the old district will become a legend in five years, just like Miss Xiguan and Grandpa Dongshan.
I have lived in Liwan and Xiguan ancient town since I was a child. There are many old houses, and there are many things to eat in old Guangzhou. I haven't been to Fangcun much. The environment in Yuexiu is better than that in Xiguan, and the shopping traffic is more convenient. There are many black gold diggers and many good schools. The environment in Tianhe is better. Pearl River New Town is beautiful, but there will be traffic jams and many people. I don't like places with too many people. There are many blacks near the new town in Baiyun District, so Tongdewei is not considered.
I prefer Liwan, because I grew up here and got used to it. I don't like places with too many people, and then Yuexiu District in Haizhu District.
I am from the suburbs and northern suburbs (in the past, the communes around Guangzhou used to be called the east, west, north and southern suburbs, and the communes that grow vegetables in the urban areas shall prevail). I have lived in Dongshan, Liwan and Baiyun District for decades. From farmers to residents, to sum up, shopping in the old city is good, the air is not as good as in the big suburbs in the past, drivers still don't enter the city, parking spaces are hard to find, and climbers live in Baiyun Mountain 4.
