In the process of internship, watching those passive people be looked down upon by the leaders, just like some activities organized and promoted in hotels or some large enterprises, besides actively responding and calling, it is more important to combine practice and implement them immediately, while some people have no independent consciousness and do what they say, so such people will never get the attention of the leaders and have little promise. When you have some questions, if you want to have good opinions, you can take the initiative to ask them. Don't take it to heart, you just don't know how to seize the opportunity, and you will be in a small position. Maybe this is the way to be a man, that is, to hone yourself. In the busy work of Chinese restaurants, leaders take their spare time at noon from time to time to arrange training for us. At first, the training content was about the service details. Later, some new dishes and promotion programs were produced in different quarters and months, and we were given detailed training. Sometimes the cooked dishes are shown and tasted for free, so that we can be more familiar with the methods and tastes of these dishes, and we can sell them to our guests as waiters. Every employee has his own birthday. In order to enrich employees' leisure time, the hotel holds birthday parties every quarter. When each of us has a birthday, we will send greeting cards and birthday gifts from the hotel leaders to make us feel the warmth of "home". Moreover, the top leaders of the hotel sometimes attend birthday parties and play games with us. It was really fun! I remember the hotel organized a trip to Hengdian. He took us out to travel, took a funny DV, and left a good memory. At the same time, it also explains a business philosophy of the hotel: "If you want to retain business, you must first retain employees. If you want to retain employees, you must pay attention to their amateur cultural life." These activities may be a performance, and employees will be very happy. "Happiness comes first!" Whether in summer or winter, the hotel will send some daily necessities, and some new year's goods and condolences during the Chinese New Year. This is the embodiment of the care and love of the leaders, and we also deeply feel the warmth sent by the leaders. On the occasion of the Spring Festival, the hotel also held a Spring Festival Friendship Association. All the students in our class took an active part in this activity.
