Independent innovation breaks the technological monopoly of bell-less top of large blast furnace
Qin Ye began to pay attention to the development of bell-less furnace top technology at home and abroad in the early 1990s, and started the research and development of bell-less furnace top at home in 1998. 2 1 century, the small blast furnace with 450 cubic meters in China has developed rapidly, and the charging equipment at the top basically adopts bell-less top. Seeing the development opportunity of bell-less top, Qin Ye began to cooperate with Beijing Sangshi Metallurgical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sangshi) in 2003 to produce six sets of bell-less tops of 450 cubic meters tandem blast furnace. The successful manufacture and delivery of these six sets of bell-less top complete sets of equipment have laid a solid foundation for the continuous expansion of the integration field of bell-less top complete sets of equipment in Qin Ye in the future.
Actively expand the bell-less top market. In 2004, Qin Ye and Sang Shi cooperated again to design and manufacture a 3,200 cubic meter prototype of distributor, the core component of bell-less top of blast furnace. Its successful manufacture has created favorable conditions for China's bell-less top equipment to replace imports. In 2005, according to the needs of market development, Qinye actively participated in the bidding work of 2500 cubic meters blast furnace project of Chengde Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and 2200 cubic meters blast furnace project of Tonghua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which prompted the price of bell-less top in foreign countries to drop again and again. These two wading trips allowed Qin Ye to see market opportunities and at the same time strengthened his belief in independent research and development. In 2006, Qin Ye was authorized by Baotou Steel to sell the bell-less top that was being used at that time. In February, 2007, the bell-less top of 2,500 cubic meters blast furnace in Qinye was successfully unveiled at No.3 and No.4 blast furnaces in Cheng Gangxin. From June 5438 to October 2007 10, qinye cooperated with related enterprises to apply the bell-less top of 2800 cubic meters blast furnace to the new ironmaking area of Tiantie 1 blast furnace. In 2008, Qin Ye established his own bell-less top design team with his own manufacturing experience and technical accumulation. In the same year, we designed and developed our own bell-less top of 2500 cubic meters blast furnace, and won the second prize of metallurgical science and technology progress in Hebei Province in 2009. Recently, bell-less furnace top equipment cooperated by Qinye and related enterprises has been successfully applied in Dagang 1760m3 and Shougang Shuigang 2380m3.

The revision of this standard provides a necessary basis for standardizing the design, manufacture, installation and use of bell-less top charging equipment for blast furnaces in China. It has played a positive role in improving product quality, accelerating the transformation of advanced technology and promoting the development of smelting equipment.
A major breakthrough has been made in bell-less top technology of super-large blast furnace
In 2009, diligence ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity. They signed a test agreement with Baosteel and MCC CCID for the distributor of the core components of the bell-less top of the 5700 cubic meter blast furnace in Zhanjiang project of Baosteel, and Qin Ye undertook the design, manufacture and construction of the main equipment. After many schemes, detailed structural reviews, key research projects and expert checks, the project completed all experimental tasks in June 5438+10, and obtained first-hand experimental data.
As the core product of a new generation of super-large bell-less top technology with independent intellectual property rights, the hydraulic transmission based on three-cylinder synchronous lifting structure is completely different from the planetary differential transmission distributor abroad in principle. The research team has carried out detailed numerical simulation research on the new generation of large distributor in well-known universities and research institutions in the United Nations, conducted friction and wear experiments of trunnion bushing in cooperation with Tsinghua University Laboratory, and conducted dynamic simulation experiments in cooperation with University of Science and Technology Beijing, Chongqing University and Yanshan University. Experiments include statics simulation, modal simulation, hydraulic cylinder fluctuation load simulation, burden impact load analysis and so on. After the theoretical research passed, they made a prototype and built an experimental platform for this technology. The experimental system is mainly composed of nine systems: feeding system, weighing system, hydraulic system, electric control system, lubrication system, cooling system, heating system, dust removal system and monitoring system. The feeding equipment includes five parts: 100 cubic meter tank, material flow control valve, simulated lower valve box conduit, distributor and distribution chute. In the experiment, the function test of the distributor is completed, which not only realizes the composite actions of independent tilting, independent rotation and tilting rotation, but also has the functions of multi-ring, single ring, sector, spiral, fixed point and central focusing. At the same time, the relationship between the discharge flow and the opening (FCG) curve of the material flow control valve, the respective material flow trajectory curves of coke and sinter, the particle size segregation of burden, the ellipticity of distribution (tank merging effect) and the material throughput data of the central throat are obtained. When the inside of the dispenser is heated to 50℃ and 80℃, they use the heating system to measure the operating parameters of the dispenser. When the bottom space of distributor is heated to 300℃, 500℃ and 750℃ by simulating the furnace top, the relationship curve between cooling water flow and furnace top temperature is tested. The uneven deformation of furnace head (20mm in the test) in production was simulated, and the operating parameters of distributor in inclined state were tested. The data and indicators obtained through various tests have completely reached the expected goal, and some indicators have exceeded the expected goal.
The new generation of extra-large bell-less furnace top complete equipment has the characteristics of simple mechanical structure, high degree of automation and intelligent control, high ambient temperature resistance of rotary distribution, energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, stable and reliable continuous operation, greatly simplified production and maintenance, and long service life. Operators can arrange the burden at any position on the throat surface through a simple interface and use a variety of distribution methods, which can meet the requirements of the central coking process. The successful development of a new generation of extra-large bell-less top technology not only makes up for the technical defects of charging equipment for blast furnace top of large metallurgical equipment in China, but also breaks the monopoly pattern of imported products, and makes contributions to promoting and accelerating the process of autonomy of large metallurgical equipment.
Domestic large bell-less top equipment goes abroad
Recently, Qin Ye and South Korea's Pohang formally signed a supply contract for the top of Indonesia's 3800m3 blast furnace, which indicates that China's large bell-less top complete equipment with independent intellectual property rights has officially gone abroad, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies. Practice has proved that the domestic bell-less top not only has obvious technical advantages, but also its price is much lower than that of imported products, which can bring huge economic benefits to China iron and steel enterprises.
Chen, chairman of Qin Ye, pointed out that it was the good performance of Chenggang, Tiantie and Shuigang on the 2,000 cubic meters blast furnace that created good conditions for Qin Ye products to go abroad and replace imports. In addition, the establishment of a large bell-less furnace top experimental platform provides reliable experimental data guarantee for the technical level of diligent products.
It is reported that the Turkish Edmir 2000 cubic meters blast furnace overhaul project has reached a cooperation intention with Qinye; Formosa Plastics Group is about to build two 5000m3 blast furnaces (Phase I) in Ha Tinh, Vietnam, and has shown great interest in the top equipment of diligent industry.
3. The smelting equipment of Qinye Heavy Industry has filled the domestic blank.
