History of Dalian Xinghai Square Castle

1. Castle History of Dalian Castle Luxury Hotel Since its completion in 2002, Dalian Xinghai Castle Building has become a landmark building in Dalian.

However, only a small part of the area has been used as a shell exhibition hall, and the rest of the area has been vacant, which makes the value of the castle not fully utilized. In order to make full use of the city's resources and revitalize its assets, the city and the Xinghai Bay Development and Construction Management Center launched the renovation plan of Xinghai Bay Castle in 2007, transforming Xinghai Bay Castle into a five-star hotel.

Because the internal architectural pattern of the original castle can't meet the requirements of a five-star hotel, the shear wall structure has different sizes, fewer rooms and different floors, so the original castle has to be rebuilt. * * * It is required to build a more magnificent castle hotel on the basis of the existing style and become a landmark project.
