Hotel booked by Ctrip. Com already includes tax and service charge. Urban construction fee is not included. Will the hotel charge this fee?

Ctrip's room rate includes service charge. However, due to the different standards of urban construction fees charged by different hotels, individual hotels need to charge extra government adjustment fund tax (such information will be indicated in the "Hotel Special Tips" on the hotel details page), so such fees need to be paid by the guests themselves at the hotel. Urban construction costs should be 8%-9%.
