The transfer of qualifications is relatively simple. Change the legal person and shareholders, or all of them, as the case may be. Construction qualification transfer includes three processes: industrial and commercial change, construction qualification change and safety production license change:

I. Industrial and commercial changes

1. Application for company registration (filing);

2. The power of attorney of the designated representative or entrusted agent and a copy of the ID card of the designated representative or entrusted agent;

3. According to the provisions of the Articles of Association, submit the minutes of the shareholders' meeting signed by the presiding officer and the directors present at the meeting. (The voting method stipulated in the Articles of Association shall be complied with);

4. The revised articles of association or amendments to the original articles of association. (1 copy, indicating the date of revision, signed by the legal representative and sealed by the company);

5. Relevant supporting documents corresponding to the change; If the legal representative is changed, the original legal representative's dismissal certificate and the new legal representative's post certificate and identity certificate shall be submitted in accordance with the articles of association; If the legal representative of the company changes his name, he only needs to submit the certificate issued by the public security household registration department.

Two. Procedures required for the transfer of building qualification

1, examination form for application for change of qualification certificate of construction enterprises;

2. The original and duplicate copies of the business license;

3. A copy of the Business License of the original enterprise;

4, the construction enterprise qualification certificate and a copy of the original;

5, a copy of the articles of association of the enterprise (including the original enterprise and new enterprise);

Third, the qualification transfer process

1. Before submitting the written application materials, enterprises should log in to the online express delivery system/enterprise qualification management system/qualification certificate of provincial construction enterprises to make changes/fill in the changes and confirm the changes, and complete the online application and data upload;

2 county-level construction management department audit signature;

3. Audited by the Municipal Construction Management Office;

4. The name of the enterprise approved by the province is changed to the approval of the Provincial Construction Management Bureau;

5 approved by the Ministry of enterprise change to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for approval.
