Brief introduction of Zhuzhou Shangge famous city project

The overall project of Zhuzhou Shangge City covers a total area of about 800 mu, with a total construction area of nearly 1.32 million ㎡, a greening rate of 43.5%, a total population of more than 30,000 people, a green area of more than 200,000 ㎡, a central park with 1.7 million ㎡, hundreds of trees, nine residential groups, ten major theme landscapes, a sports center and urban forest belts. The project integrates residence, hotel, education and commerce. The community planning includes Shangge International Bilingual Kindergarten, nine-year compulsory education school, star-rated hotel, large shopping center, amorous commercial pedestrian street, pan-club, large central theme park and other urban living facilities. The whole project * * * has been developed 1 1 (tentative), 1-4 has been basically delivered for occupancy. At present, it has been developed to seven phases, and the living atmosphere of the whole community is very strong.

Shangge famous city integrates multi-storey, small high-rise and high-rise buildings into five urban complex buildings. Jointly planned and designed by an internationally renowned architectural design firm and Zhejiang University, the architectural form is rich and elegant, and the style of the first phase shows the elegance of French architecture. It is the only high-ecological, high-quality and iconic city-state living special zone in Zhuzhou so far.
