Four incentive and subsidy policies for the main body of the winter and spring tourism market: (1) Award for tourist charter flights. During the winter and spring, travel agencies inside and outside the city organize domestic charter flights, giving transportation subsidies according to the size of the model, with a round-trip subsidy of 40,000 yuan for 50-99 seats, 60,000 yuan for 100- 149 seats, and 80,000 yuan for 150 seats and above. (2) Tourism special train reward. In winter and spring, travel agencies in and outside the city organize special tour groups to travel to London and stay overnight. If more than 400 people actually buy tickets (including half tickets) for three municipal scenic spots, the reward will be 6,543,800 yuan.
