The Fire Protection Law stipulates that public corridors of hotels should be set with two-way exits of several meters or more.

The number of safety exits in each fire zone and each floor in a fire zone of public buildings should be calculated and determined, and should not be less than 2. When one of the following conditions is met, emergency exits or evacuation stairs can be set:

1 Single-storey public buildings with a building area of 200m2 or less and no more than 50 people, except nurseries and kindergartens;
