The second generation building of Lishan Building

The second generation of Lishan Mansion was built in 1953, while Hotel No.4 and Zhongtianxing were converted into the new wing of Lishan Mansion in 1956, unifying the triangle where the Mansion is located.

1974, Hong Kong Land announced the Central Property Redevelopment Plan. The second generation Lishan Building was rebuilt in the first phase, with a building age of only over 20 years. The third generation Lishan Building was completed on 1976, with a height of 34 floors.
