Mr. Norey Robertson studied grape growing and winemaking at Lincoln University in New Zealand from 2002 to 2003, received a master's degree, and graduated with excellent graduate results. Then he moved to Spain at the end of 2003 to focus on winemaking. As a wine chef, he worked for an international wine service organization, where he quickly fell in love with the old vine Grenache in the Calatayud region and determined to make his own wine. His love and passion for Grenache is fully integrated into all of his wines. It is also his lifelong pursuit and desire to brew the best Grenache in the world and the most unique Grenache.

The six Master wines on site are: La Multa 2014, Master No. 1 red wine (3 in One) 2013, and En Sus Trece 2013 , Dos Dedos de Frente 2010, El Puno Unfiltered 2010, Cups and Rings 2015.

The master mentioned his unique insights into Grenache in his speech. When the whole world is keen on the use of oak barrels and ignores the wine itself, Mr. Norey hopes to use the purest Method to produce the purest wine that best expresses the original flavor of Grenache. Therefore, using a small amount of oak, or not using oak at all, is the master's unique way of brewing Grenache. At the same time, some wines adopt the "old brewing method": maturing in underground cement tanks, sealing the gaps in the lid with resin, and not Aged in oak barrels. This series of actions proves Mr. Norey's original intention to pursue the purest, natural and authentic wine and his professional attitude of adhering to his own ideas. He does not follow the crowd or blindly follow. Isn't it the most worthy of being maintained by pioneers in various industries today? Quality?

During the dinner, Mr. Norey led everyone to taste the six wines on site one by one. From the color, to the smell, from the taste to the overall, he not only told the story of each wine, but also expressed the The unique experience of each wine will benefit you a lot.

The night of November 12, 2017 was a gathering for close communication with wine masters, and it was also a "family dinner" for wine-loving professionals. On such a night that belongs to Grenache, the wine juice blooms in the glass, making the Grenache even more sparkling and charming. When the whole world is avoiding making wine from single Grenache, Master of Wine Mr. Nore Robertson is still in Spain, insisting on using the unique flavor of old vine Grenache to brew the purest wine. He is working tirelessly and hard try. This variety, which is the "best supporting actor" in wine, can easily become the star of world wines by leveraging its strengths and avoiding weaknesses. Of course, the wines in the hands of Mr. Norey will enter everyone's heart with more colorful styles, more passionate aromas, and more prominent and shining personalities.
