The waiter's intrigue

five or six years ago, I went to Beijing to work again, which was the second time I went to Beijing after leaving Beijing for two years. Speaking of going to Beijing for the second time, it is more helpless.

After some twists and turns, I finally worked as a waiter in a hotel in Changping. After going to work, I just want to do my job well and get paid when I get paid. But the reality woke me up mercilessly.

At first, I felt good. Slowly, I inadvertently offended the supervisor. As I went to work for a long time, I saw that, except for the manager, the supervisor, the foreman and the employees were hostile to each other, and they also formed a clique to the point where they were at odds with each other. Although exaggeration was my first feeling. I never wanted to get involved.

However, after working for a full year, I still got involved, and after I didn't mean to offend my supervisor (more than once), and my supervisor had a heart for it, I also offended several other colleagues. Their relationship was good, and I was inevitably repaired by them. But my idea is too simple, and they are all in the center of this whirlpool, not what I want, and those employees who came a few days before me have already stood in line.

Another employee told me privately that if you are tired at work, it's easy to say that you will get over it after a night's rest, but the most uncomfortable thing is that people are tired and suffocated by infighting every day. I feel the same.

Speaking of this, I have to mention the manager. Among the managers of several departments in the hotel, the restaurant manager is the worst. Obviously, the restaurant manager is always rubbed on the ground by other managers. When he arrives at the restaurant, he puts on the shelf of the manager to find a sense of existence from the employees. The legend of the manager is circulating among the employees. After graduating from junior high school, the manager came to this hotel headquarters in Beijing as a dishwasher, and later he met her master to become a waiter. Master Manager protected her when she was promoted from an employee to a foreman. When she was promoted from a foreman to a supervisor, Master Manager was promoted to a supervisor. Later, Master was transferred to the property department, and the manager worked as a supervisor for several years. When our hotel opened, he was transferred to be a manager. The manager's husband is a Beijing hukou, and he can be a Beijing hukou as long as he has been married for more than three years. I was shocked to hear this legend, and even my colleagues felt that the manager had followed the right person and had a good teacher.

nevertheless, the manager is not as easy as other employees say. But it doesn't change the manager's nature as a bully. Whoever is easy to bully, she will also step on her feet and listen to the opinions of the supervisor, but it's almost the same. Sometimes, the manager is sensitive to the employee's small thoughts. For example, the manager can always find out in time that an employee is trying to make small moves.

The manager looks on coldly at the fights between restaurant employees. Only when the superior leaders come to eat, in order to protect their face and the position of the manager (the benefits brought by it), will they repeatedly exhort them at the meeting. Anyway, the manager is quite strange.

The efficiency of the hotel was declining in those years, and many middle-level leaders and managers went their own way, taking advantage of various things, which made the hotel smoky and sold it after the Spring Festival, but I also left.

from the beginning, I heard from the old staff that the hotel owner knew an official at the beginning. At the peak, there was no hotel like ours. The boss earned a lot of money every year and the employee benefits were good. But also signed contracts with some schools in Guizhou, so that some junior high school graduates (who are not good at learning) can go to hotels to study hotel management, and they can stay in hotels to work in the future. There are indeed waves of students coming here, having classes during classes, and being assigned to two hotels during classes, most of them are waiters. Work-study program is correct, I really have to admire the boss's IQ. How beautiful the boss was at the beginning, how lonely he is now.

Looking back later, I can only blame myself for being too stupid, with low IQ and EQ, and not being able to say nice things. I only know how to work, but I don't know how to say one thing and do another, and I don't know how to please leaders. Hey!

originally, I thought that there would be no such situation of calculating each other and opposing each other in a store with only a few employees (more than a dozen employees). But the reality is that where there are people, there are rivers and lakes.
