Can I pick up people at Gate T3 of Wuhan Tianhe Airport?

The left-hand exit of the welcome hall on the second floor of T3 terminal of Wuhan Tianhe Airport can pick up people on domestic flights. Generally, the car is parked on the first and second floors of T3 Terminal, and there is no free parking space.
