How can the transfer of creditor's rights take effect?

The transfer must meet the following conditions to be effective: 1, and the transferred creditor's rights are legal and effective; 2. Creditor's rights can be transferred according to law; 3. Notify the debtor of the assignment of creditor's rights. Paragraph 1 of Article 80 of the Contract Law stipulates that if the transferor transfers its rights, it shall notify the debtor.
