Engineering design fees: generally including preliminary design and budgetary estimate, construction drawing design, cooperative construction stipulated in the contract, technical design, participation in trial operation, project completion acceptance and other fees. This charging standard does not include the cost of making the construction drawing budget. Pre-preliminary design work expenses: expenses for preparing feasibility study report, designing task book, participating in site selection and planning, and conducting environmental pre-assessment. Design fee of non-standard equipment: refers to the design fee of non-standard equipment. In some industries, engineering design itself includes equipment design, so non-standard equipment design fees are not charged separately.

Software compilation fee: refers to the compilation fee of computer control programs in the production process of factories. If there is no standard in the industry, it can be agreed by both parties according to the use value and advanced degree of the software and considering the actual workload of writing the software.
