Is it possible to open a hotel with an account?

An account can open a hotel room, and the account registration can provide basic population information. For example, how many people there are, how many urban and rural areas are distributed, how many elderly people there are, how many laborers there are, how many school-age people there are, how many infants and young children there are, how many industries there are, how many educational levels there are, how many marital status there are, and so on. But you can't open a hotel room for the following reasons:

1. According to the requirements of the public security department, all guests entering the hotel are required to bring their ID cards to the front desk for registration;

2. Minors' accommodation registration, like adults, must be registered with valid identity documents. Minors who have not applied for resident identity cards can register with the identity certificate issued by temporary id card or the Public Security Bureau;

According to the regulations, the hotel must register when receiving passengers. At the time of registration, the passenger's identity documents shall be checked and truthfully registered according to the prescribed items;

4. Hotel staff who fail to register the names, types and numbers of identity documents of overnight passengers according to regulations, or who knowingly bring dangerous substances into the hotel without stopping them, shall be fined from 200 yuan to 500 yuan.

Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry

Hotels must register when they receive passengers. At the time of registration, the passenger's identity documents shall be checked and truthfully registered according to the prescribed items. To receive accommodation from overseas tourists, an accommodation registration form shall also be submitted to the local public security organ within 24 hours.

Article 5

To operate a hotel, we must abide by the laws of the state, establish various safety management systems, set up public security organizations or designate security personnel.

Article 56

If the hotel staff fails to register the names, types and numbers of identity documents of the guests, or fails to stop them knowing that dangerous goods are brought into the hotel, they shall be fined between 200 yuan and 500 yuan.

Hotel workers who know that the overnight guest is a criminal suspect or wanted by the public security organ and fail to report to the public security organ shall be fined between 200 yuan and 500 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not more than five days and may be fined not more than 500 yuan.
