Ordinary facial tissue is a simple combination of two or three layers of wrinkle-free toilet paper, then printed by flexography and embossed by toothed roller and paper foil roller. Most napkins in China belong to this kind.

Sanitary napkins are sanitary products that people are in close contact with and frequently use in daily life. They are listed in the management category of sanitary products in disinfection products, and the hygiene license of their manufacturing enterprises is examined and approved by the provincial health administrative department. Hygienic management of sanitary napkin production is based on Hygienic Standard for Manufacturing Enterprises in disinfection products and Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sanitary Articles (GB 15979-2002). The main places to use napkins are restaurants and hotels.
