Job summary:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of conference rooms, restaurants, offices, multi-function halls and other areas (excluding kitchens and gardens), and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of guests with high level of hygiene.

Main responsibilities:

◆ Attend all required meetings and trainings;

◆ Implement and follow up all decisions, departmental meetings, plans and other objectives formulated by the supervisor;

Familiar with the equipment of all parts of the hotel and provide help to the guests;

◆ Employees should have a correct standard and system in gfd and politeness;

◆ Responsible for cleaning all work areas, restaurants, corridors, dressing rooms and offices, and maintaining the normal operation and maintenance of the machines used;

◆ Pay attention to the problems left by the guests;

Report all machine failures and extra work to the supervisor.
