The main survey land in this phase is the "East Second Ring Road Tahoe Plaza" Phase I (office building and shopping mall). We gathered in front of the "Kempinski Hotel". The arrow above is our direction of travel. Because the land is large, we focus on analyzing the hotel, especially the office building and the overall situation, hoping to give you a little inspiration!

Kempinski Hotel is an important hotel project introduced by Tahoe, which has played a great role in improving the taste and grade of the entire East Second Ring Road Tahoe Plaza. The hotel is oriented in Dingshan Gui direction (south facing north). In Feng Shui, there are concepts of "mountain direction" and "sitting facing", which uniformly refers to the rear and front of a building. This row used to be a small western-style building. It had been vacant in the past, but it has been rented out for commercial use in the past two years. What is the reason? This has a lot to do with the chemical river in front of the door!

The Chemical River used to be black and smelly. After the sewage treatment, the rotten water turned into living water. After the quality of the water flow improved, people began to rent the stores one after another. So Feng Shui is quite reliable.

However, the backing and support (left and right) of this row of stores are not strong enough, and the business is relatively miserable. A place with a flow of people must be a place with "air flow". This air is the air in Feng Shui, not just the air.

Therefore, friends who rent a store for business, if they want to do business for a long time, must check whether there is sufficient air flow through the store. If there is, find a way to absorb it. If not, try to create conditions (but this is more difficult and involves the rectification of the external environment. , so site selection is critical).

Let’s take a closer look at this picture. From top to bottom, the height of the building is getting lower and lower. From the overall situation, the largest air outlet in the entire Tahoe Plaza is still in the lower left corner. Through this place, most of the air flows in. This picture makes it even more obvious that only a huge square (Mingtang) is worthy of such a large commercial complex. What I want to say here is that many people think that Tahoe Plaza has contributed to the housing prices in surrounding areas such as Poly Champagne International and Xiangkai New Town. But in essence, it is the environment where Tahoe Plaza is located and the surrounding environment that has contributed to Tahoe Plaza. Because we know that the construction years of Poly and Xiangkai will not be later than Tahoe. This path connecting the main road and the entrance is very critical. There is order in chaos, but it must not be too chaotic. These roads are all passages for Qi. Friends who do architecture/decoration design all know the term "moving line". Why is it called "moving line" and why is there a moving line? Because such an environment will come alive. Everything in the world has yin and yang, immobility and movement. Only when movement and stillness are combined and coordinated with each other can a living entity be created.

Round and flat, we can find a phenomenon. Many buildings nowadays, especially shopping malls and some large public buildings, are increasingly adopting arc/curve shapes. After all, they are relatively At a right angle, it won't conflict so much. Relatively speaking, ancient buildings were not that tall, and there were some corners that would not have a big impact on the external environment.

There is an interesting phenomenon that I would like to mention here. The picture on the left is of Xiangkai New Town. These tall edges and corners are right opposite Gate 1 of Tahoe Shopping Mall. How to resolve them? Curved angulation.

In the passage between the square and the office building, there is an archway at the exit of Zhuyu Road. It used to be the Fuzhou Deng Celebrity Memorial Hall, but it has now been moved to the opposite side. However, this archway has a neutralizing effect on the qi coming from the middle of the Jinzun Mansion opposite. In addition, it serves as a gentle reminder to pedestrians, which can greatly reduce traffic accidents.
