I booked a hotel online on Ctrip (prepaid), but the order has not been confirmed yet. Ctrip sent a message saying that it cannot be confirmed at the moment.

The hotel may have a higher room rate and there are not enough rooms reserved for Ctrip. After Ctrip receives your order, it must forward it to the hotel reservation department to confirm whether your room is available and whether it is available. Adjust the space for free upgrades. If you still haven't confirmed it, you have to call Ctrip to ask. If confirmed, Ctrip will send you the hotel's confirmation number (not the order number, which is different from the order number).
