Most hotels in Tokyo offer disposable toiletries and shampoos, but if you are looking for a hotel, you may not have them. Normal hotels, including business hotels, provide it, but if you are worried that you are not used to it, you can prepare it yourself in advance. Personally, I suggest taking a towel for your own use when you go out. Although the Tokyo Hotel is clean, it is a hotel after all, and all the guests are staying. Add disinfectant when cleaning.
