Discus "project, which is an underwater hotel planned to be built in Arabian Gulf. The building will include two circular structures, one of which is an underwater residential area and the other is a brand-new and unprecedented marine leisure functional area. The main building is located on five elastic legs fixed on the seabed, and the upper plate is suspended on the sea. These two technical solutions will ensure that buildings are safe even in the tsunami and can float to the nearest coast.

Underwater resort hotel is located at the bottom of the sea 10m, covering an area of about 500m2, and has 2 1 rooms, each of which can accommodate 2 people. Each suite is connected to the underwater world and is penetrated by special lights. In order to ensure privacy, each room is soundproof and equipped with curtains with different transparency. All rooms are adjacent to the underwater diving center, decompression chamber and bar. In order to study local animals and plants, underwater micro-submarines can observe micro-aquatic organisms at close range through macro-camera equipment.

Leisure facilities in the hotel include a water adventure planet, consisting of a 4-meter-deep diving pool, a cave and the remains of diving training facilities, and an inflatable emergency breathing station with surveillance cameras. The hotel has also designed a special route for drivers of underwater tourist buses, which has become a permanent project in this facility.

The superstructure area is 1500m2, and the circular area of each satellite is about 200m2. The main functions here are active leisure activities and extreme ocean experience facilities. The upper terrace includes a swimming pool, spa and exotic gardens. A multi-function hall is located in the center of the ring. This part of the space is connected with the glass curtain wall passage site and passes through the diving training pool.
