1. Interpretation /Simultaneous Interpretation/Advanced Business Negotiation The standard working time per day is 8 hours. If more than 8 hours are exceeded, an expedited fee will be charged. (Parts exceeding 6 hours will be calculated based on the unit price per hour)

2. If the type of consecutive interpretation is a press conference, due to the special factors of press releases and for risk control, we do not advocate the use of ordinary personnel. For consecutive interpretation, we usually send simultaneous interpreters equivalent to the level of simultaneous interpretation/with rich experience to directly participate in the translation. It is recommended that customers use simultaneous interpretation level personnel to participate.

3. For business trips to other places, an additional 50% of the travel fee is required, and the service provider can be responsible for the translation, food, accommodation, and transportation; for business trips to other places, the requesting party can arrange translators without an additional 50% charge (in order to control risks, Must include a staff member of the service party), but must be responsible for the food, accommodation and transportation of the service party's translators and staff. In principle, when traveling to other places, the translation requesting party must arrange for the translator to stay in a hotel no lower than a 4-star hotel (in order not to affect the translator's rest, it is best to stay in a single room)/it is best to stay in the same hotel with the foreign guests attending the conference (conference speaker) .

4. The cost of interpretation, simultaneous interpretation/advanced negotiation translation does not include transportation, food and accommodation expenses. It is true that due to the demand side's reasons, the time is too tight and the translator cannot arrive at the specified location within the specified time. The demand side needs to send someone to pick up the translator. Or reimburse the translator's travel expenses.
