How to get from Iran to Russia by sea?

Iran can sail to Russia or St. Petersburg via the North-South Corridor and the Iranian port city of astrakhan. The new sea route between Russia and India was officially opened on June 12. The first batch of Russian goods, including two 40-foot containers and wooden composite boards weighing 4 1 ton, set out from St. Petersburg, went to the Iranian port city of astrakhan, crossed the Caspian Sea to the port of Anzali in northern Iran, then transported by land to the port of bandar abbas in the southern Arabian Gulf, and then transported by container ship to the port of Navasheva, India, not far from Mumbai. The voyage lasted two weeks. St. Petersburg is located in the northwest of Russia, along the Baltic Sea and at the mouth of the Neva River. It is the central municipality of Russia and the capital of Leningrad.
