Natural causes of the formation of Turkish elf chimney

The "Elf Chimney" is located in Capadocia, Anatolia Plateau. Actually, it's just some extra-large conical rock formations. The soft rock resembles a conical spire, and the top of the spire is endowed with a softer basalt "hat" by nature.
