Can a probation worker stay in a hotel?

Legal analysis: the behavior during probation is strictly restricted. Prisoners are generally not allowed to leave their place of residence (where they receive community correction). It must be approved by the judicial office (social correction office) within 3 days, and it must be approved by the community correction leading organ of the judicial bureau for more than 3 days. If the hotel encounters an inspection, it can be explained by the normal leave approval procedure.
