In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council and the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in provinces and cities, fully protect public life, health and safety, and establish a national immune barrier as soon as possible, the relevant matters concerning further strengthening the vaccination work in COVID-19 of the whole region are hereby notified as follows:

First, citizens of school age who have no vaccination taboos should "answer all".

Vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine in time is the most important means to prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19, and it is also the most effective means to prevent severe cases or deaths. According to the monitoring data, the domestic COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective. According to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) and Class A Control in novel coronavirus, it is not only the right of every citizen of school age to have no vaccination taboo, but also the social epidemic prevention obligation of every citizen of school age who has no vaccination taboo, and the majority of citizens of school age who have no vaccination taboo should "fully bear it".

Two, fully promote the vaccination work of the elderly over 60 years old.

Because the immunity of the elderly is low, and the risk of infection and critical illness is high, in order to safeguard the life safety and health of themselves and their families, please invite the elderly over 60 years old who have not received the first dose of vaccine in the whole region to receive COVID-19 vaccine free of charge at the community health service centers in Longwan District within one week. Elderly people with mobility difficulties can make an appointment for on-site service at local streets or social health service centers.

Three, a comprehensive inspection of vaccination records.

Organs, enterprises and institutions, hotels, supermarkets, parks, farmers' markets, chess and cards rooms, elderly activity centers, religious sites, cultural sites, transportation places, pension institutions, medical units, pharmacies, banks, government service centers and other crowded places in the region should conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the Wenzhou epidemic prevention norms and the "two-code" joint investigation of vaccination records in COVID-19, and remind those who have not been vaccinated with non-taboo vaccines to be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible. Those who refuse vaccination without special reasons will be restricted from going to crowded places.
