Introduction of Caowei Ancient City in Xuchang

Located in Xuchang City, Henan Province, the ancient city of Cao Wei is an ancient city of Cao Wei culture with cultural display, tourism and leisure, commercial services and characteristic houses as its main functions.

The ancient city of Cao Wei is east to Wenfeng Road, south to Qiyi Road, west to Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and north to Bayi Road, with a land area of about 3.9 square kilometers. It is divided into two major regions, namely, the core region and the coordination region. The core area is within the moat 1.87 square kilometers, forming a functional partition of "one axis, one ring and six districts" as a whole. Axis block is 1.3km long from north to south, and it is divided into four tourism and cultural plates: Guan Sheng Chunqiu, Wen Da Tianxia, Wei Wu Hao Ying and Tongque Garden. The "one axis" takes the historical and cultural sites such as Cao Chunqiu Building and Cao Chengxiang Mansion as the core, forming a Cao Wei axis that runs through the north and south and is 1.3km long; "One ring" means taking water as the pulse, relying on the ecological landscape resources of the built moat to build a 5.3-kilometer-long Cao Wei amorous feelings belt around the moat; The "six districts" are the folk culture and customs district, the ancient rhyme characteristic living district, the cultural leisure living district, the characteristic waterfront living district, the harmonious and livable district and the gateway characteristic business district.
