9. During the internship period of students, it is mainly used for transportation expenses for transporting students to and from the company. The expenses incurred by Party A’s internship instructor and class teacher in assisting the intern students in their study, work, life, etc. shall be borne by Party A.

(4) Exchange and cooperation on temporary assignments

1. Party A regularly dispatches a certain number of professional backbone teachers to Party B and its affiliated enterprises for temporary employment every year to cultivate a "double-qualified" team. During the temporary employment period, Party B will provide relevant accommodation and accommodation conditions and jobs to ensure the effectiveness of the temporary employment.

2. Party B and its related subsidiaries will regularly dispatch middle and senior managers every year

Managers or technical personnel will go to Party A for training and participate in Party A’s management and teaching work. During the temporary period, Party A will provide relevant accommodation and accommodation conditions and work positions, and ensure the effectiveness of the temporary employment.

3. Personnel dispatched by both parties During the temporary appointment, the training personnel should strictly observe the work and teaching behavior of each other, strictly abide by the confidentiality system and various management regulations, and ensure the normal work, production and teaching order of all parties. After the temporary appointment period expires, and after passing the assessment, the training personnel shall be replaced by the supervisor as appropriate. The accepting unit shall issue relevant letters of appointment.

(5) Teaching, scientific research and industry-university cooperation

1. Party A hires Party B’s middle and senior leaders in relevant majors to provide teaching guidance for Quanzhou Information Vocational and Technical College Professional committee members, teaching guidance consultants, conduct a series of lectures on corporate culture and management practices, and participate in Party A’s education and teaching work.

2. Party B hires Party A’s senior executives (hospital leaders) to serve as Party B’s enterprise development consultants. And a series of lectures are held regularly.

3. Party A and Party B cooperate in research and development of various types and levels of scientific and technological projects, and the corresponding scientific research results can be published through the "Journal of Quanzhou Information Vocational and Technical College".
