Application conditions:
1. Families applying for renting government-led public rental housing shall meet the following conditions:
(a) the applicant and his family members who jointly apply have urban household registration in this city and work or live in this city; If the spouse of the applicant is not registered in Guangzhou, she should be a family member of the applicant.

(6) The applicant and his/her family members who jointly applied have not purchased, sold, donated, divorced or entrusted the auction of real estate (hereinafter referred to as real estate transfer) within five years before the date of application.
2. Those who apply for renting public rental housing invested and built by social forces shall truthfully declare their income, net assets and living conditions to the employer, and those who are useless shall truthfully declare to the subdistrict office and town government where their household registration is located. The specific process is: obtaining the form → applying → the employer (or street office, town government) first-instance publicity → the property owner (lessor) reference → review, publicity and approval announcement.
