I. Detection area:

Three, not concentrated nucleic acid detection:

Home controller, whose health code is red or yellow, has lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, foreign countries or high-risk areas within 7 days in the past 10, and has been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours. If there is such a situation, please report it to the village.

Key personnel who hold negative certificates of nucleic acid test results within 24 hours and complete nucleic acid test according to frequency do not need to repeat sampling.

Fourthly, strengthen the application management of nucleic acid detection:

Continue to strengthen the "Hunan local code" code scanning work, strictly implement the code scanning must be checked, code inspection must be strict. Persons who have not carried out nucleic acid testing within the specified time shall not enter public places or take public transport in principle. According to the requirements of prevention and control policies, personnel from other provinces must carry out "landing inspection" and "three days and two inspections"; If you travel by plane, high-speed rail or train, especially by inter-provincial coach, you should check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours; Hotel, hotel check-in personnel and tourists in tourist attractions must check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 72 hours. This round of normalized regional nucleic acid detection does not produce a written report, and the results can be inquired through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, please try to reduce the flow and don't participate in the gathering activities.

At present, there are no cases of COVID-19 infection in our city. Please don't panic, don't believe rumors, don't spread rumors, and be sure to actively cooperate with nucleic acid testing and do everything possible. During the sampling process, please bring valid certificates such as mobile phone health code, ID card or household registration book; For children without ID cards, parents should accompany them to apply for children's health codes or carry household registration books. Wear a mask scientifically throughout the whole process, line up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, and do not gather or communicate. After the sampling, please leave the site quickly and do not stay or watch. Those who refuse to cooperate, evade or support the nucleic acid detection and sampling work and disturb the order will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment.
