Zibo Vocational and Technical College Order Training

Zibo Vocational College has successively signed "order-based" training agreements with Xinhua Pharmaceutical, Dongyue Group and other units, * * * formulated talent training plans, signed student employment orders, closely cooperated in teaching conditions such as teachers, technology and equipment, and conducted teaching through two teaching points, namely, colleges and enterprises. After graduation, students directly went to employers for employment. The Department of Chemical Engineering of the College cooperated with Sino-American Xinhua Bailigao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on an "order-based" basis. At present, more than 60% employees of the company come from this department, and many of them have become the backbone of production technology. College and Zibo Commercial Building * * * recruited more than 30 poor students to study automobile maintenance. Tuition fees are all paid by enterprises, and students are given a certain living allowance every month. After graduation, the students went directly to the distant automobile trading company under the enterprise to work. An agreement was reached with Fiona Fang Hotel and Luzhong Accounting Training Center to recruit 50 college students to take charge of training. Among them, the three-year expenses (***6900 yuan) for technical secondary school students are all borne by the enterprise, and half of the three-year expenses for junior college students are borne by the hotel. After one year's training in the school, students will practice in the hotel for two years, and then choose their own jobs after graduation. This training mode with little or no money to go to school has fulfilled the college dream of poor students.
