But just like in urban Nanjing, units at all levels are full of impetuousness, and most investments lack reasonable planning and arrangements. As a result, large-scale projects are scattered here and there, and few are actually implemented.

Almost half of Lishui in Lishui Development Zone, Zhetang, Shiqiu, Baima, and Dongping is undergoing demolition and construction.
