What scenic spots in Sanya are interesting?
The waters around Wuzhizhou are clear and transparent, and the visibility of seawater is 6-27 meters. This water area is rich in luminous snails, sea cucumbers, lobsters, mackerel, sea urchins, pomfrets and colorful tropical fish. There are well-protected coral reefs on the seabed in the southern waters. It is one of the few islands in the world without rocks or pebbles, and it is a good diving base in China. As far as the eye can see, the smoke is vast, and the sea and the sky are the same.
Nanshan is the remaining vein of Wuzhishan, which was called Aoshan in ancient times, with an altitude of 487 meters. The mountains are winding and lush everywhere. Facing China's vast South China Sea and endless seamounts, the scenic spot is amazing. Nanshan has a long history: according to Buddhist scriptures, Guanyin Bodhisattva made twelve wishes to save all beings, and the second wish was to "live in the South China Sea for a long time"; Jian Zhen, a famous monk in the Tang Dynasty, traveled to Japan, and a famous Japanese monk sent Tang Priest to learn from the West. Both of them were blocked by the typhoon and drifted to Nanshan. After stopping and resting, they successfully spread scriptures and studied. Because of its auspicious and magical spirituality, Nanshan in the South China Sea has always been regarded as a blessed land by Buddhists.
Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, which features the rainforest landscape, is one of the places that most tourists must visit when they come to Sanya. There are dense trees here, and climbing to the top of the mountain can give you a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, the first bay in the world. The natural customs and characteristic resort hotels make it the main shooting place of many movies, which makes it famous.
Relying on the unique ecological resources, natural scenery of mountains and seas and profound historical and cultural connotations, Sanya has now formed six major tourist areas: the "cave-filled land" area that highlights the ancient immortal relics, the "Fushou Nanshan" area that explores the longevity culture, the "Dragon King of the South China Sea" area that publicizes the Chinese dragon culture, and the "Cliff Stone Carving" area that shows the profound cultural heritage of the ancient Cliff House, focusing on the coastal natural features. Sanya receives more than one million tourists every year. It is an international tourist attraction with Guyazhou culture as the main line, integrating China traditional Taoist culture and dragon culture, and integrating coastal scenery, popular science education, folk customs and coastal leisure.
