Problems and improvement measures of hotel management in China

Abstract: The ultimate goal of hotel management is to improve the profitability of hotels. The success or failure of hotel administrative construction is directly related to the survival and development of hotels, and whether China tourism enterprises can occupy a place in today's international tourism stage. Under the pressure of environmental development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the related concepts, characteristics and main contents of hotel management in China, analyzes the main problems and shortcomings of hotel management in China, and finally puts forward concrete measures and suggestions to improve hotel management.
