The problem of wine
Tequila is made from agave grown in Mexico. There are about 400 kinds of these plants in Mexico, but the best tequila is blue tequila. This is a agave plant that has been growing for more than 8 years. PINA bulbs buried in the soil are cut off, boiled, fermented and distilled into wine. Tequila is distilled and bottled for sale, but golden tequila aged in wooden barrels is very popular with drinkers because of its soft flavor and rough wolf characteristics.
Vodka (vodka)
Vodka originated in the Soviet Union, and its word "vodka" comes from the pronunciation of Russian "VODA". Vodka is mainly made from potatoes, corn or various grains by distillation. Although many countries in the world are producing vodka, the more popular vodka comes from CIS countries.
liqueur
Liqueur, also known as sweet wine, can also be called sweet wine and manna wine because it is mostly thick and sweet. Its production method is to use the brewed or steamed distilled original wine as the base wine, and then add the necessary raw materials to form the characteristic wine with added mixture. There are two kinds of Riccio wines: (fruit) and (medicine). The former is cocoa wine, cherry wine, coffee wine and so on. The latter is used for drinking treatment and health care, and it is mostly a unique secret recipe handed down from generation to generation, which can be named after family names, such as mead, Irish fog, Cointreau, Kimberly, Benedict, Galliano and so on.
rum
Rum originated in the West Indies in the early17th century, and the word rum originated from the local name RUMBULLION. Rum is made from sucrose residue or molasses as the residue of sucrose production. Rum can be divided into two types according to the storage period: light rum is white rum, which is directly blended with distilled liquor and bottled, while dark rum needs to be steamed and stored in oak barrels to make the wine deeper and more mellow, so it has the reputation of sweet brandy. However, not all dark rums are called dark, and some are marked with gold, which means rum with short storage life and golden color.
Beer (beer)
The main raw materials of beer are barley, hops (also known as hops), starch (rice used for beer in Taiwan) and water. Generally speaking, fermentation methods can be divided into upper fermentation and lower fermentation. Now all countries adopt the lower fermentation method, that is, the fermentation temperature is low. In the later stage of fermentation, yeast precipitated, and the beer produced was light golden yellow, with heavy taste and strong hops flavor. For example, when the temperature is high in Japan, yeast floats instead of sinking, and beer is mixed with malt, which is dark in color and high in alcohol, such as British products.
The main categories are as follows:
Portal: Dark beer (Bordeaux). Strong beer. Malt wine: malt wine. Alcohol is stronger than light beer and lighter than Porto wine. Beer: the general term for beer. American and Japanese beer refers to lager beer. Light beer: light beer. Bok: Dark beer (mostly produced in Germany).
Whiskey (whisky)
There were probably five kinds of whisky popular in the past: IRISHWHISKY, the birthplace of whisky, had a strong barley flavor. SCOTCHWHISKY, Scotland: Most of the raw materials are a mixture of wheat and various grains, but some of them are malt. Because malt is smoked with peat before brewing, the flavor of wine is characterized by heavy smoke. Bourbon: It is the most representative whisky in America. It is produced in Bourbon Town, KFC, and its brewing raw materials need more than 565,438+0% corn mixed with wheat or other grains. Among the types of American whiskies, rye is called RYEWHISKY, blended with wheat and various grains, and Tennessee whiskey, which is a unique brewing method, that is, Tennessee whiskey is brewed by filtering maple trees with charred charcoal and then putting it into oak barrels. Canadian whiskey: lighter and more refreshing than other whiskies. Its aromatic color comes from the continuous distillation and blending of rye and corn. 1920 Canada began to produce a large number of whiskies. Japanese whisky: It has various styles and tastes similar to Scotch whisky, but it lacks grassy flavor. Japanese whisky originated in A.D. 187 1 year. Meiji 4 was one of the achievements of the Reform Movement, and Suntory, the earliest manufacturer who really banned alcohol, was the most representative brand.
Wine (wine)
Wine is mainly divided into the following categories: 1, still alcohol. Generally speaking, table wine refers to this type, that is, the grapes are squeezed into juice, and yeast is added to ferment, so that the sugar in the grapes is decomposed into carbon dioxide and alcohol, and then the carbon dioxide is volatilized, which is wine, with an alcohol concentration of 9-17 degrees, dividends, white and roses. Red vine: black grapes are pressed together with the peel to make alcohol. Because the pigment contained in the peel will penetrate into the wine, it becomes red wine, but it is different according to its varieties, such as purple, red and light red. White wine: mainly white grapes (yellow and green), such as black grapes, can be made by removing stems and skins, squeezing and taking their juice. Colors are colorless, transparent, blue, light yellow, amber, gold and so on. Rose red wine: red grapes are fermented together with the peel, and the peel is erected during fermentation, or red and white mixed fermentation, or white wine prepared by soaking the peel of red grapes. 2. sparkling wine is made in the same way as wine. WParking wine is bottled under the condition that the bubbling edge is not completely terminated, so the second fermentation will be carried out in the bottle, so some residual carbon dioxide will be hazy, so it will bubble violently after opening the bottle, and the alcohol concentration is 9 degrees-14 degrees. Only things produced in the champagne region of France can be called champagne. 3. Fortified wine is a kind of sweet wine with alcohol concentration of 14 -24 degrees. The fermentation is stopped by adding yeast and brandy to the juice. Sherry is the most famous Spanish sherry. 4. Mixed with wine. This wine is a mixture of herbs, spices and pigments. For example, in Italian and French absinthe, wormwood and Gina bark are soaked in the wine first.
Brandy (brandy)
Although the word brandy can be used to describe all fruit distilled spirits, most brandies sold in the market are distilled from grapes. At present, there are many places in the world where brandy can be produced, but the two most famous brandy producing areas, Cognac and Armagnac, are located in the southwest of France, so France can be regarded as the best brandy kingdom at present. The quality and price of brandy mostly depend on the storage time of wine, that is to say, wine is stored in oak barrels for a long time. Taking cognac district of France as an example, its aging grade can be roughly divided into three stars: V S O P grade which needs to be aged for at least three years; Napoleon class that needs to be aged for more than five years; XO grade that needs to be aged for more than six years; In addition, some aged brandies brewed or advertised by special blending methods are of non-standard exclusive commemorative grade. For example, REMYMARTIN's LOUISXIII level, or Hennessy's PARADIS level and so on.
